论刘一层的艺术观点及教育思想

【摘要】：刘一层先生是一位在中国现代美术史中占有一席地位的油画艺术家和执着的艺术教育工作者，曾任西南大学美术学院院长，在四川境内各个美术学院初创时期，和四川美术学院的刘国枢、刘易斯三人一起被合称为“西南三刘”。他擅长现实主义的绘画风格，提倡施行严谨的教学方式，这得益于其老师唐一禾的影响和特殊的历史环境对他的锻造。油画作为一项泊来画种，在中国发展至今已经取得了一定的成果，更成为中国艺术界中极其重要的部分。即使取得了一些成绩，中国油画仍处于发展阶段，研究者们仍长期面临着许多思，诸如：现实主义应该何去何从？传统架上绘画会不会被时代所淘汰？象牙塔尖上的艺术才是真正的艺术吗？这些问题总是伴随着艺术创作手段和美学理论认识的不断革新而一次次地被提出来。正是如此，本论文的研究对象——刘一层，一生致力于美术创作与美育事业而累积了丰富的美育经验，并且总结了一系列具有参考价值的艺术观点及教育思想。本文从刘一层的生平展开研究，分析他不同时期的作品风格及成因，探讨他的绘画作品的艺术价值，以及总结他在美术教育方面的贡献等。刘一层的教育生涯从1914年毕业于武昌艺专开始，从留校担任助教到讲师再到教授，1952年起更成为了西南大学美术系师资队伍的中坚力量，他将自己全身心投入到教育事业中，并且所有的创作都为教学所服务，布追名逐利，一切为了教育。他为西南地区的美术教育事业以至整个中国美术发展发挥了承前启后的作用。已经离世多年的刘一层，在世时候是一位默默无闻、淡泊名利的画家，但是他的思想和观点是值得学习和研究的，前辈优良传统应该得到延续，笔者希望从中挖掘出的价值能为现代新兴艺术思潮中注入一股带有古典情怀的沉着、细腻又富有张力的气息。
[Abstract]:Mr. Liu Yifan is an oil painting artist and a persistent art educator who occupies a position in the history of modern Chinese fine arts. He was the dean of the School of Fine Arts of Southwest University and was in the early days of various fine arts schools in Sichuan. Together with Liu Guoshu of the Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts and Lewis, the three men were collectively called "Southwest Sanliu." he was good at realistic painting styles and advocated rigorous teaching methods. This is due to the influence of his teacher, Tang Yihe, and the special historical environment for his forging. As a kind of painting, oil painting has made certain achievements in the development of China. Even though some achievements have been made, Chinese oil painting is still in the stage of development, and researchers are still facing a lot of thoughts for a long time, such as: where should realism go? Will the traditional frame painting be eliminated by the times? Is the art on the tip of the ivory tower the real art? These problems are always brought up again and again with the innovation of artistic creation means and aesthetic theory. His life devoted to art creation and aesthetic education and accumulated a wealth of aesthetic experience, and summed up a series of reference value of art views and educational ideas. From the first floor of Liu's life, this paper analyzes the style and causes of his works in different periods, and probes into the artistic value of his paintings. Liu's education career began with his graduation from Wuchang Art College in 1914, from staying as an assistant to a lecturer to a professor. In 1952, Liu became the backbone of the teaching staff of the Fine Arts Department of Southwest University. He devoted himself to the cause of education, and all his creations served the teaching and sought after fame and wealth. All for education. He played a connecting role for the cause of art education in Southwest China and the development of the whole Chinese fine arts. Liu, who has been dead for many years, was a painter who was unknown and indifferent to fame and wealth. However, his ideas and views are worthy of study and study, and the fine traditions of his predecessors should be continued. The author hopes that the value excavated from it can inject a calm, delicate and tension breath into the trend of modern emerging art.
