新疆高等院校油画教学与人才培养模式研究

【摘要】：新疆油画的发展始源来自于俄罗斯油画的传入，先后在新疆发展了100多年，谈到新疆油画我们不得不谈新疆高等院校的油画教学，新疆高等院校油画教学自1935年新疆第一所高等院校新疆学院（现新疆大学）成立到至今油画教学取得了巨大成就，随着社会的发展，新疆高等院校的教学机构也大量增多，新疆高等院校有新疆师范大学、新疆艺术学院、昌吉学院、新疆教育学院、伊犁师范学院、喀什师范学院等院校，近年来为社会培养了大量的中小学教师和各行各业的艺术人才。目前新疆高校存在着师范性质的综合类大学和一所艺术类专业性大学，文章对新疆高等院校在油画教学的各个时期的发展过程做了系统性的梳理，也对新疆高校的油画教学从人才培养目标、课程设置，师资结构、硬件设施等方面做了系统性的梳理和归纳总结，对新疆高等院校油画教学在各个时期所取得的成就做了一个详细的归纳，在研究油画教学的过程中对当前新疆高等院校油画教学的一些方式方法等方面展开了论述，并提出了合理的改革教学建议，油画教学我们不得不谈到人才培养的问题，分析近年来新疆高等院校油画教学在取得巨大成就的同时，人才培养起到了很大的作用，人才培养关系到油画培养学生的质量，也关系到学生的未来等一系列问题，，在总结新疆高等院校油画教学人才培养模式的同时，相应的找到了新疆高等院校油画教学在人才培养方面的问题，并总结性的提出了培养基础队伍的人才培养模式、教学带头人的培养模式、高精尖油画人才的培养模式、与校外合作的培养模式、复合型人才培养模式、创新性人才培养模式。目前一些研究中只是对各个艺术家，新疆高等院校油画教学的现状有所提及，并没有对各个时期的油画教学和人才培养方面做详细的研究和分析，随着新疆高等院校油画教学的不断改革和进步，对新疆高等院校油画教学与人才培养模式的研究迫在眉睫，有着非常重要的参考价值，通过对新疆高校油画教学与人才培养方面的分析和总结，为新疆高校以后的油画教学和人才培养方面做出一个理论参考。
[Abstract]:The development of Xinjiang oil painting originated from the introduction of Russian oil painting. It has developed in Xinjiang for more than 100 years. When it comes to Xinjiang oil painting, we have to talk about oil painting teaching in Xinjiang colleges and universities. Oil painting teaching in Xinjiang colleges and universities has made great achievements since its establishment in 1935. With the development of society, the teaching institutions of Xinjiang colleges and universities have increased greatly. Xinjiang higher education institutions include Xinjiang normal University, Xinjiang Art Institute, Changji College, Xinjiang Education Institute, Yili normal College, Kashi normal College, etc. In recent years, a large number of primary and secondary school teachers and various professions of art talents have been trained for the society. At present, there are comprehensive normal universities and a specialized university of art in Xinjiang colleges and universities. This paper systematically combs the development process of oil painting teaching in Xinjiang colleges and universities. It also systematically combs and summarizes the oil painting teaching in Xinjiang universities from the aspects of talent training goal, curriculum setting, teacher structure, hardware facilities, etc. This paper makes a detailed summary of the achievements of oil painting teaching in Xinjiang colleges and universities in various periods, and discusses some ways and methods of oil painting teaching in Xinjiang colleges and universities in the course of studying oil painting teaching. We have to talk about the problem of talent training in oil painting teaching, and analyze the great achievements of oil painting teaching in Xinjiang colleges and universities in recent years, and at the same time, the talent training has played a great role. Personnel training is related to the quality of oil painting training students, but also to a series of problems such as the future of students, while summing up the oil painting teaching talent training model in Xinjiang higher education institutions at the same time, This paper finds out the problems of oil painting teaching in Xinjiang colleges and universities in terms of personnel training, and puts forward the personnel training mode of training the basic team, the training model of the teaching leader, the training model of the top oil painting talents, and the training mode of the high quality oil painting talents. The training mode of cooperation with outside school, the compound talent training mode and the innovative talent training mode. At present, some studies have only mentioned the current situation of oil painting teaching in various artists, Xinjiang universities and colleges, and have not done any detailed research and analysis on oil painting teaching and personnel training in various periods. With the continuous reform and progress of oil painting teaching in Xinjiang colleges and universities, it is urgent to study the oil painting teaching and talent training mode in Xinjiang colleges and universities, which has very important reference value. Through the analysis and summary of oil painting teaching and talent training in Xinjiang colleges and universities, this paper makes a theoretical reference for the oil painting teaching and talent training in Xinjiang universities.
