中国大陆小学语文课本中插图的性别表征分析

本文旨在通过分析人教版小学语文教科书中插图的性别表征,揭示其中存在的男女不平等问题。该研究以儒家伦理对女性的影响,社会角色理论和符号学理论为分析基础,解释当前教育机构话语中对女性的歧视。本研究运用内容分析法从社会文化角度和社会符号学角度来研究图片中的性别表征。社会文化角度采纳了人物出现频率、职业和活动为变量;符号学角度设叙述过程、水平角度、信息值和显著性为变量,在视觉语法框架中对插图进行分析。 研究结果表明,现行小学语文课本中的插图存在性别不平等问题。从社会文化角度来看,男女人物数量悬殊,尤其是成年女性只占到人数总量的9%,而在现实中男女比例趋于平衡。女性人物的隐现表现出对女性及其成就的不重视。其次,工作职业也表明赋予女性的职业与男性相比范围窄,地位低,权力小,这表明男性的社会性更高,在职业方面存在男女等级差别。此外,通过对比活动发现女性活动地点室内场所比例高,而男性更频繁出现于户外;对男女活动内容的研究发现,在文艺创作、机械、战争相关活动中基本没有女性参与,女性在专业领域的活动所占比例也较低,而在体力劳动方面比例偏高;此外,在男女共存的图片中,发现男性更多的是动作的主导者。 社会符号...
