中国当代符号消费社会中的审美变异研究

【摘要】:改革开放以来,随着中国社会主义市场经济体制的不断完善与发展,人们生活水平不断提高,中国社会逐渐从生产型社会转变成为生产-消费型社会。在符号文化的影响下,人们的消费活动不再是一种简单的物质性的实践,追求商品的使用价值,而是转而追求商品的符号意义赋予的附加内容,运用商品的象征性意义来进行社会等级的区分和归并,进行自我表达并勾连人和社会的关系。商品背后的符号意义,承载了社会意识形态、文化逻辑以及审美方式,表现了个体的生存状况,成为了人们审美理想的隐喻表达。在符号消费社会中,人们可以通过商品的购买获得艺术气息,拥有相应的外在美,符号内涵还不断诱惑人们通过购买商品实现诗意栖居的理想。于是,这一时期的审美客体在艺术的谋划下成为生活模式的代言,打出象牙塔,深入了人们日常生活中的方方面面,表现出了多元化的、异彩纷呈的审美风格。而这一时期的审美主体也成为了一种复合式的,将商品的物质意义和审美意义有机结合的新型接受人群。在这样的社会环境下,审美领域拓展到了经济领域和人们的日常生活,审美创造力也因为大众的创造性参与不断被释放。但是,此时的审美活动是复杂的,通过传媒和货币构建起来的审美活动不再是理想和自由的,而是一种幻象式的审美,追逐“高档符号”的人们沦为符号意义的奴隶。但同时,走在先锋的审美者们,也不断地在寻找个体化的精神家园,人们期望通过这些商品符号意义来操纵物象,将一种文化内涵变成人们的兴趣、目的、愿望和理想,回到个体生存,关照人类的存在,最终体验到灵魂深处的美感和幸福。 本文论题“中国当代符号消费社会中的审美变异研究”包含着两重问题:一方面,在当代中国社会考察符号消费情况;另一方面,反思在符号消费社会影响下的审美变异。基于此,用审美观照大众个体生存,建立个体在当下符号消费语境中存在的美学根基,探寻人类诗意生存的精神家园,并对构建富有审美意义的日常生活世界提出建议,以便人们在当代社会生存环境之中更好的寻找自我存在和自我实现的方式、价值和意义。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the continuous improvement and development of China's socialist market economy system, people's living standards have been constantly improved, and the Chinese society has gradually changed from a production-oriented society to a production-consumption-oriented society. Under the influence of symbolic culture, people's consumption activity is no longer a simple material practice, pursuing the use value of commodity, but instead pursuing the additional content that is endowed by the symbolic meaning of commodity. The symbolic meaning of commodities is used to distinguish and merge social hierarchy, to express themselves and to connect the relationship between people and society. The symbolic meaning behind the commodity bears the social ideology, cultural logic and aesthetic style, and represents the living condition of the individual and becomes the metaphorical expression of people's aesthetic ideal. In the society of symbol consumption, people can acquire the artistic flavor through the purchase of commodities, and have the corresponding external beauty, and the connotation of the symbol also incessantly tempts people to realize the ideal of poetic dwelling by purchasing commodities. As a result, the aesthetic objects of this period became the endorsements of the life mode under the artistic plan, made the ivory tower, went deep into all aspects of people's daily life, and showed the diversified and colorful aesthetic style. Meanwhile, the aesthetic subject of this period has become a new type of people who combine the material meaning and aesthetic meaning of goods organically. In such a social environment, the aesthetic field has expanded to the economic field and people's daily life, aesthetic creativity has also been released because of the creative participation of the public. However, the aesthetic activities at this time are complex, and the aesthetic activities constructed through the media and money are no longer ideal and free, but a kind of illusion aesthetic, people chasing "high-grade symbols" become slaves of symbolic meaning. But at the same time, the aesthetes who are in the vanguard are constantly looking for an individualized spiritual home. People expect to manipulate the images through the meaning of these commodity symbols, and turn a kind of cultural connotation into people's interest, purpose, desire and ideal. Return to individual existence, take care of human existence, and finally experience the beauty and happiness in the depths of the soul. There are two problems in this thesis: on the one hand, to investigate the situation of symbol consumption in contemporary Chinese society; on the other hand, to reflect on the aesthetic variation under the influence of symbolic consumption society. Based on this, the aesthetic basis of individual existence in the context of current symbol consumption is established, the spiritual home of human poetic existence is explored, and some suggestions are put forward to construct the world of daily life with aesthetic significance. In order to find a better way, value and meaning of self-existence and self-realization in the living environment of contemporary society.
