钢琴教学中的心理分析与心理训练

【摘要】:人的一切音乐活动都是在心理的调节和支配下进行的。英国哲学家洛克曾说:“当你教一个学生时,你真正教的必须是接触学生的心理。”钢琴教学也必须遵循心理学的相关原理。因此,本文的主旨就是从心理学角度出发,分析学生在钢琴学习和演奏过程中的心理特征及规律,有针对性地对学生进行钢琴教学。一方面让学生掌握全面、熟练的演奏技巧和方法,另一方面对学生进行有效的心理训练,使其具备良好的心理自控能力和健康的心理品质。通过钢琴教学,不断提高学生注意力、想象力、创造力以及对音乐的理解力、鉴赏力和表现力,发展学生的形象思维和情感表达等心理功能,以达到开发智力、提高素质的目的。 通过查阅相关资料进行分析归纳,全文共分为两个部分。第一部分是教学过程中的心理分析,包括练习过程的心理分析、钢琴演奏技能的形成和练习、演奏过程中不良心理现象分析三个方面内容;第二部分是教学中的心理训练。从调动学生的主观能动性和培养学生良好的心理素质两个方面来论证。在第一部分,通过练习过程的心理分析,来阐述弹奏过程中必须建立感知觉高度协调的联系,钢琴演奏技能形成阶段又是每一个钢琴学习者必经的阶段,深入分析每一阶段出现的心理特征,对于选择正确的学习方法、形成良好的练琴习惯有着十分重要的理论指导意义。由于钢琴学习是一个非常艰苦的过程,受感知、注意、情感等多种心理因素影响,在学习过程中,容易产生不利于学习的心理现象,,如:自卑心理、畏难情绪、演奏心理障碍等等。这些问题必须通过科学、有效的训练方法来解决,由此进行第二个部分的论证:如何调动学生的主观能动性,使学生产生内在的学习动机,并通过有效的心理训练方法,培养学生良好的心理素质和健康的心理品质。
[Abstract]:All people's musical activities are carried out under the control of psychology. The British philosopher John Locke once said: "when you teach a student." What you really teach must be the psychology of contact with students. "Piano teaching must also follow the relevant principles of psychology. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to start from a psychological point of view." This paper analyzes the psychological characteristics and rules of the students in the process of learning and playing piano, and carries on the piano teaching to the students pertinently. On the one hand, it enables the students to master the comprehensive and skilled playing skills and methods. On the other hand, effective psychological training for students, so that they have a good psychological self-control ability and healthy psychological quality, through piano teaching, constantly improve the students' attention, imagination. Creativity, comprehension, appreciation and expression of music, develop students' mental functions such as image thinking and emotional expression, in order to develop intelligence and improve their quality. The first part is the psychoanalysis of the teaching process, including the psychoanalysis of the exercise process, the formation and practice of piano playing skills. There are three aspects of the analysis of the bad psychological phenomenon in the process of playing. The second part is psychological training in teaching. It is demonstrated from the two aspects of mobilizing students' subjective initiative and cultivating students' good psychological quality. In the first part, through the psychological analysis of the exercise process. To explain the process of playing must establish a highly coordinated relationship between perception, piano playing skills is a necessary stage for every piano learner, in-depth analysis of each stage of psychological characteristics. It is very important for us to choose the correct learning method and to form a good practice habit. Because piano learning is a very difficult process, it is perceived and paid attention to. Emotion and other psychological factors, in the process of learning, it is easy to produce psychological phenomena that are not conducive to learning, such as: inferiority complex, fear of difficulties, playing psychological obstacles and so on. These problems must be scientific. The second part demonstrates how to mobilize the students' subjective initiative and make students have internal learning motivation, and through the effective psychological training method. Cultivate students' good psychological quality and healthy psychological quality.
