南师大泰州学院音乐系教学改革实验分析

【摘要】：深入推进素质教育与培养创新型人才是当前教育改革的首要任务。为了实现“坚持解放思想、实事求是、与时俱进,突出改革创新”,全国各地各校都在积极进行探索和试验,南京师范大学泰州学院也是其中之一。南京师范大学泰州学院成立于2004年,是一所由南京师范入学和泰州市人民政府共同组建的本科独立学院。南师大泰州学院的音乐系以创新精神与有力措施全面推进学院教育事业,积极探索着一条音乐系的教学改革之路。经历了两年的教学实践后,不仅使我从中获得了很大收获,同时,对于我系新体系的进一步推广也具有深远意义和影响。本文首先对南师大泰州学院音乐系教学改革背景进行分析,发现其中存在的一些不足。紧接着阐述了教学改革的缘由与目的：南师大泰州学院音乐系作为我系的兄弟院校,与我系有着相同的追求与目标,南师大泰州学院音乐系领导为实现办学思路之“新”,希望与我系共同合作,实现最终目标,即努力为国家培养合格的幼儿园与中小学音乐教育人才,促进、加速学校音乐教育的改革。对于南师大泰州学院音乐系教学改革实验方案的设计主要从四个方面进行阐述：确立新培养目标为“创新型”幼儿园与中小学音乐教育人才,借鉴我系教学体系的新思路,实行对于基础课程的改革措施,并设立新评估标准确立新培养目标。而对于教学改革实验的具体实施分为组建实验班、基础课程的改革、试用新教材、新方法与实施新评估标准这四个部分最能证明这次南师大泰州学院音乐系教学改革实验是否成功的有力证据是对于改革成果的思考与总结,本文首先从教学改革实施者为出发点论述了校方的大力支持与高度评价,各位教师对新体系的认可与求知欲,我自身实现人生价值观、完善知识结构、体现自身价值与取得成就感,其次从教学改革对象的角度总结了改革实验班学生们人生观与理念的转变、三个阶段的心理变化、音乐素质与双基的提高等。在全面总结改革成果之后,本人还勇于指出自身存在的问题,希望从自身的经验教训中给其他音乐教育工作者以启发,分别从自身音乐素养的问题、因地制宜、因材施教的问题、综合能力的问题、教书育人的问题、习惯与方法的问题这五个方面进行了总结归纳。最后,得出结论：南师大泰州学院音乐系的教学改革实验是成功的,有价值的,并且意义深重。在当前学校音乐教育急需改革的情况下,作为师范类音乐系,首先要清楚自己所应尽的职责,确立正确的培养目标,时刻以培养中小学音乐教育人才为己任。只有保证能培养出足够数量和够格的幼儿园和中小学音乐教师,才能促进和加速学校音乐教育的改革。通过实证分析,也进一步证明了我系初创的新体系是符合时代发展所需要的,能满足中国新世纪国民艺术素质教育高等音乐教育人才的要求,是可持续发展的,值得并应该广泛推广。
[Abstract]:To promote quality education and cultivate innovative talents is the primary task of the current educational reform . In order to achieve the aim of " sticking to the mind of liberation , seeking truth from facts , keeping pace with the times , highlighting the reform and innovation " , the Taizhou College of Nanjing Normal University is also one of them . The State College of Nanjing Normal University is founded in 2004 . It is an undergraduate independent college jointly organized by Nanjing Normal University and Taizhou Municipal People ' s Government . After two years of teaching practice , not only has I obtained a great harvest from it , but also has far - reaching significance and influence on the further promotion of the new system . This paper first analyzes the background of the teaching reform of the music department of the Taizhou College of South Normal University , and finds out some defects in the teaching reform . Then the reasons and objectives of the teaching reform are explained . The music department of the University of South Teacher ' s Taizhou University is the " new " for realizing the idea of running a school , and hopes to co - operate with me to realize the ultimate goal , namely , to cultivate qualified kindergarten and primary and middle school music education talents for the country to promote and accelerate the reform of the school music education . The design of the teaching reform experiment scheme for the music department of the Taizhou College of the South Normal University is mainly expounded from four aspects : the establishment of the new training target as the " innovative " kindergarten and the music education talents of the primary and middle schools , the reform measures for the basic courses and the establishment of the new training goal based on the new thinking of the teaching system , the reform of the basic course , the trial of new teaching materials , the new method and the implementation of the new evaluation standard . It is proved that the strong evidence of the success of the reform experiment of the music department of the University of Taizhou College in the South Normal University is the reflection and summary of the reform achievements . In this paper , the author points out the strong support and the high evaluation of the reform achievements . The paper first discusses the change of the students ' outlook on life and concept , the psychological change in the three stages , the improvement of the musical quality and the double base from the angle of the teaching reform . After a comprehensive summary of the reform achievements , I also dare to point out the problems that exist , and hope to inspire other music educators from their own experiences and lessons , and summarize the problems , problems , problems , habits and methods of teaching and educating people from the problems of their own music accomplishment , the problems of local conditions , the problems of teaching and teaching , the problems of teaching and educating people , habits and methods , respectively . Finally , it comes to the conclusion that the teaching reform experiment of the music department of Taizhou College is successful , valuable and profound . In the current school music education badly needed reform , as the music department of normal school , it is necessary to establish the correct training objective and the time to train the music education talents of the primary and middle schools . Only by the positive analysis , it is also proved that the new system of our department is in line with the needs of the times development . It can meet the requirement of the national art quality education in the new century . It is a sustainable development and should be widely promoted .
