【摘要】：在这个飞速发展的社会里,在知识与经济时代的呼唤之下,提高了人们对艺术修养的深入了解与渴望,慢慢的音乐已经在整个社会中不断传播与渗透,成为人们生活中不可缺少的部分。从此让钢琴走入了人们的生活。上个世纪90年代的时候钢琴考级制度出现了,再加上国内外钢琴比赛、艺术院校以及艺术特长生的招生,都推动了钢琴教育事业的发展。由于这种“考级热”“艺考热”的不断升温,从而使国内也掀起了“钢琴社会办学”的热潮。国家教育部也为此颁布和实施了《社会力量办学条例》来督促与监督,让办学更加正规化。但钢琴办学机构与教育二者目前来看还是存在一些不足的。解决这些不足,将使钢琴社会办学发展地更加顺利,更有益于推动社会音乐教育事业的发展与文化的进步。随着改革开放的不断深入,人们的物质生活水平的不断提高后,对于精神生活也开始追求。有很多有远见的家长已经充分认识到学习音乐,学习乐器能够在对孩子的教育中起到很大的作用,能够让孩子得到全方位的发展。钢琴艺术会提升一个人的精神世界,使他变得心胸开阔,视野开阔。激励大家用文明的道德方式去追求美好的事物。由于这种求学者的数量不断增多与扩大,我国在近几年形成了一个以少年儿童为主体的学琴热潮,当然也有不少成年人甚至老年人也参与其中。在这样的形势之下,为了满足人们对艺术对精神文化的需求,以及对钢琴的热爱之情,国内各地区业余钢琴办学的现象也因此变得火热,但对于这些办学现状的分析及办学的严格性大家都不太关注,不过这些业余钢琴学校给钢琴爱好者们提供了一个很好的学习平台,一定程度上推动了钢琴的普及,能够为国家挖掘并培养一批优秀的音乐人才促进我国音乐教育事业的发展。

As the number of scholars is increasing and expanding, in recent years China has formed an upsurge in learning piano with children as the main body. Of course, many adults and even older people are also involved. In such a situation, in order to meet people's need for art and spiritual culture, as well as the love of the piano, The phenomenon of amateur piano schools in various regions of the country has thus become hot, but the analysis of the present situation of these schools and the rigour of running schools are not of great concern to everyone. However, these amateur piano schools provide piano lovers with a good learning platform, to a certain extent, promote the popularity of piano, can dig for the country and cultivate a group of outstanding music talents to promote the development of music education in China.
