谈声乐教师应具备的素质与能力

【摘要】:声乐是一门相对抽象的学科,而声乐教师要对此进行传道授业解惑,必须具备比其它学科教师更扎实、更丰富的专业基础知识和传授能力,通过教与学的良好互动,最终达到引导学生运用自己嗓音去处理和表现不同风格作品的目的,为发展声乐事业发现和培养更多的有用人才。 全文共分四个部分 第一章:从形象性、情感性、灵活性、双边性四方面阐述了声乐教师的职业特点。 第二章:从文化修养、艺术修养、道德修养三个方面对教师特别是声乐教师应具备的个人修养作了系统的阐述。 第三章:阐述了声乐教师应具备的专业素质,包括要熟知生理、心理知识及声乐理论、中外声乐史知识等。 第四章:论述了声乐教师应具备的教学能力,包括自身歌唱能力、语言表达、范唱能力、钢琴伴奏、听辨感知、组织教学、教学科研等方面的能力。 综前所述:重视声乐教师基本素质和能力的培养,是提高声乐教育质量的重要保证。一名合格的声乐教师,必须要有广博的知识、开阔的视野和全面灵活的教学能力,同时又要学有专长、学有专攻,只有这样才能不断适应与时代同步发展的音乐艺术事业。 希望本文的写作能对声乐教学工作者的研究与实践产生一定的帮助。
[Abstract]:Vocal music is a relatively abstract subject, and vocal music teachers must have more solid and rich professional basic knowledge and ability to teach and learn through good interaction between teaching and learning in order to solve this problem. Finally to guide students to use their own voice to deal with and express different styles of works, for the development of vocal career to find and cultivate more useful talents. The first chapter is divided into four parts: the professional characteristics of vocal music teachers are expounded from four aspects: image, emotion, flexibility and bilateralism. In the second chapter, the author systematically expounds the personal accomplishment of teachers, especially vocal music teachers, from three aspects: cultural accomplishment, artistic accomplishment and moral accomplishment. The third chapter expounds the professional qualities of vocal music teachers, including familiarity with physiology, psychological knowledge and vocal music theory, and the history of vocal music at home and abroad. The fourth chapter discusses the teaching ability of vocal music teachers, including their own singing ability, language expression, norm singing ability, piano accompaniment, listening and discerning perception, organizing teaching, teaching and scientific research, and so on. It is an important guarantee to improve the quality of vocal music education by paying attention to the cultivation of basic qualities and abilities of vocal music teachers. A qualified vocal music teacher must have a wide range of knowledge, wide vision and comprehensive and flexible teaching ability. At the same time, he must also learn specialties and specialties. Only in this way can he constantly adapt to the development of music art with the times. It is hoped that the writing of this paper will be helpful to the research and practice of vocal music teaching workers.
