【摘要】：作者通过不同层面的探讨,集中论述了关于音乐剧音乐指导所必须具备的素质。文章指出作为音乐剧主创团队的一员,音乐剧音乐指导必须是全面的音乐家,而这是由音乐剧这一"特殊的"戏剧表演形式所要求。由于工作的"特殊性"对于音乐指导的工作能力具有极大的挑战性,面对如此高度复杂的工作性质,音乐指导自身所具备的工作能力应包括指挥的技术、键盘的演奏、歌唱的技巧、表演的能力、渊博的知识以及对于舞蹈的了解。拥有良好的人际关系沟通能力也是音乐指导去胜任这一职责必须具备的。为了实现剧目制作的成功,音乐指导所承担的最大的职责是用清醒的、开放的和集中的头脑去指导音乐。
