【摘要】：为响应国家的号召，顺应时代教育新潮流的发展，武汉音乐学院1988年首创了“五项全能比赛”。此项比赛是专门为培养音乐教育专业学生设计的，其五个项目是根据音乐教师教学工作实际需要的专业基本功来设立，它体现了对一名合格中小学音乐教师的职业要求。时至今日，“五项全能比赛”已经历了二十多年的发展历程，并推广到全国多所高校，迄今已成为影响全国的重要赛事。此项比赛以其明确的导向性及示范性促进了音乐教师教育的改革与发展，具有重大的指导意义。但在我国高等音乐教师教育发展的新形势下，比赛的不完善之处值得我们重新思考。本文将通过对“五项全能比赛”发展历程的概述及其在音乐教师教育发展中的应用意义，详细介绍“五项全能比赛”与音乐教师教育发展二者之间的关系，并分析在我国音乐教师教育新形势下“五项全能比赛”给我们的思考，进一步分析之后提出一些有利于比赛发展的设想，使比赛与时俱进，促进我国音乐教师教育的发展，为培养符合新时代要求的基础音乐教育人才做出重大贡献。本文包括以下四个部分：第一部分，“五项全能比赛”概述。从比赛内容的新旧对比引出对比赛二十多年发展历程的详细介绍，接着从微观与宏观两个角度论述了“五项全能比赛”的意义。第二部分，，音乐教师教育发展与“五项全能比赛”的关系。首先，分三个时期讲述了我国高等音乐教师教育理念的发展脉络，通过对教育理念的具体分析，阐述了音乐教师教育与“五项全能比赛”二者之间的作用于反作用关系。第三部分，“五项全能比赛”在音乐教师教育中的应用实践。以武汉、西安、四川三所音乐院校为例，详细介绍了各院校“五项全能比赛”活动的开展情况及效果。第四部分，音乐教师教育新形势下对“五项全能比赛”的思考及其发展构想。结合新世纪我国大的教育背景，分析在我国音乐教师教育新形势下“五项全能比赛”显露的不足之处及笔者对于解决这些不足的一些构想，希望能为其发展提供一些参考性指导。
[Abstract]:In response to the call of the state and the development of the new trend of education in the times, the Wuhan Conservatory of Music first created the "five all-around competitions" in 1988. This game is dedicated to the design of training students majoring in music education, five project is a professional basic skills according to the actual needs of the music teaching work to set up, it reflects the requirements of a qualified primary and middle school teachers' occupation. To date, the "five competitive events" has gone through more than 20 years of development, and has been spread to many universities across the country. So far, it has become an important event affecting the whole country. With its clear guidance and demonstration, this competition has promoted the reform and development of music teachers' education, which has great guiding significance. However, in the new situation of the development of higher music teachers in China, the imperfections of the competition deserve our rethinking. In this paper, the significance through the overview of the development process of "five decathlon" and its application in music teacher education development, the introduction of five decathlon "and the music teacher education development of the relationship between the two, and analyzes the new situation of China's music education under the" five decathlon "to us after thinking, further analysis and put forward some ideas for the development of the game, the game with the times, to promote the development of China's music education, to make a significant contribution to the training to meet the needs of the new era of music education.
