理工类高职院学生音乐素质教育研究

【摘要】:教育部2004年4月15日印发的《全国普通高校艺术教育工作研讨会纪要》指出:“普通高校艺术教育要坚持以育人为本的宗旨,坚持艺术教育的公平性。”“要让每一个学生都得到艺术的熏陶,提升审美素质,形成健全的人格。” 音乐素质教育是为了培养全面发展的高素质人才的教育,是指通过音乐知识的讲授,运用音乐欣赏、乐器演奏和歌唱音乐等手段,着重对学生进行的情操教育,是集欣赏、娱乐、基本知识于一体的教育,其目的是通过音乐教育的渗透,优化学生的知识结构,提高学生的审美能力和音乐欣赏水平,陶冶学生的情操,塑造学生的人格,发展学生的创新思维,使学生成为德智体美全面发展的人。 本文对理工类高职院学生音乐素质教育现状进行了调查分析,指出了理工类高职院音乐素质教育方面存在的不足,如学生音乐基础知识薄弱、音乐鉴赏水平偏低、器乐辨识与演奏能力欠缺、音乐演唱能力不强,理工类高职院对音乐素质教育重视程度不高、课程设置欠佳、师资力量薄弱等。 在充分调查分析的基础上,提出了加强和改进理工类高职院学生音乐素质教育的对策:一要转变观念,提高思想认识,围绕“培养什么样的人,怎么培养人”这一核心问题,注重人的全面发展,针对以往普遍存在的重知识轻能力、重科技轻人文的问题,在教育模式上实现由专业教育向素质教育的转化,在思想认识上实现由音乐素质教育边缘化向师生达成共识并积极参与的转变,通过音乐素质教育对青年学生进行情感、意志、兴趣、理想、信仰等综合素质的教育;二要深化改革,完善课程体系,加强音乐素质教育课程建设,开设音乐基础知识、音乐作品鉴赏和音乐艺术实践类课程,并积极探索、构建音乐与理工类学科相交叉的课程;三要创新方法,拓展教育空间,精心设计校园声景、创新课堂实践教学、成立艺术团体、举办文艺活动和音乐讲座、继续深入推进高雅艺术进校园,营造良好的音乐素质教育环境;四要优化结构,提高师资素质,建设一支相对稳定、专兼结合、师德高尚、素质优良、业务精湛、结构优化,适应人的全面发展要求,满足理工类高职院音乐素质教育需要的高水平的师资队伍;五要务求实效,重视考核评价,从教育条件、教育过程和教育效果三个方面对音乐素质教育进行评价,确保音乐素质教育取得实效,不断提高音乐素质教育水平。
[Abstract]:The Summary of the National Symposium on Art Education in Colleges and Universities, issued by the Ministry of Education on April 15th 2004, points out: "Art education in colleges and universities should adhere to the aim of educating people." Adhere to the fairness of art education. "We should let every student get the edification of art, improve aesthetic quality and form a sound personality." Music quality-oriented education is to train all-round development of high-quality talent education, refers to the teaching of music knowledge, the use of music appreciation, musical instrument playing and singing music and other means, focusing on the students' emotional education, is a collection of appreciation, The purpose of the education of entertainment and basic knowledge is to optimize the students' knowledge structure, improve the students' aesthetic ability and the level of music appreciation, cultivate the students' sentiment and shape the students' personality through the infiltration of the music education, the purpose of which is to optimize the students' knowledge structure, improve the students' aesthetic ability and the level of music appreciation. Develop students' innovative thinking, make students become moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetic all-round development of the person. This paper makes an investigation and analysis on the present situation of music quality education for students in higher vocational colleges of science and technology, and points out the shortcomings of music quality education in higher vocational colleges of science and technology, such as the weak basic knowledge of music and the low level of music appreciation. The instrumental music recognition and performance ability, the music singing ability is not strong, the science and technology higher vocational college pays little attention to the music quality education, the curriculum is not good, the teacher strength is weak, and so on. On the basis of full investigation and analysis, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen and improve the music quality education of students in higher vocational colleges of science and technology: first, we should change our ideas, raise our ideological understanding, and focus on the core question of "what kind of person to train and how to train people". Focusing on the all-round development of human beings, aiming at the existing problems of attaching importance to knowledge and ability, science and technology, and humanity, the transformation from professional education to quality education has been realized in the educational model. To realize the transformation from music quality education marginalization to teachers and students' consensus and actively participate in the ideological understanding, through music quality education to young students' emotion, will, interest, ideal, belief and so on comprehensive quality education; Second, we should deepen the reform, perfect the curriculum system, strengthen the construction of music quality education curriculum, set up music basic knowledge, music works appreciation and music art practice courses, and actively explore and construct the intersecting courses of music and science. Third, it is necessary to innovate methods, expand educational space, meticulously design the sound scene of the campus, innovate classroom practice teaching, set up art groups, hold literary and artistic activities and music lectures, and continue to promote elegant art into the campus. Fourth, we should optimize the structure, improve the quality of teachers, build a relatively stable, specialized and combined team, with high moral integrity, excellent quality, consummate professional skills, structural optimization, and adapt to the overall development requirements of human beings. To meet the needs of high level teachers of music quality education in higher vocational colleges of science and technology, fifthly, to seek practical results, attach importance to assessment and evaluation, and evaluate music quality education from three aspects: educational conditions, educational process and educational effects. To ensure that music quality education to achieve practical results, constantly improve the level of music quality education.
