钢琴演奏的紧张与放松问题刍议

【摘要】: “紧张”与“放松”这一对矛盾是在钢琴演奏和教学中出现率较高的一组词汇,肌肉不必要的紧张将影响手指的机能从而给各种钢琴演奏技巧的发挥设置了巨大的障碍;心理的过度紧张无疑是摧毁正常水平发挥的罪魁祸首,因为良好的钢琴演奏是在大脑的指挥下,使全身做协调运动而形成的。心理过度紧张状态下,大脑不可能进行正常的工作,也就打破了身心的协调,好的演奏效果也是不可能实现的。也就是说这种协调不仅是身体上的,更是心理上的。 只有通过对紧张问题的分析,我们才能更好的的清楚,良好的放松状态是钢琴演奏的最佳生理和心理状态,因此也就成为每位钢琴演奏者克服不必要的紧张状态时所追求的目标。当然,演奏时手指必要的支撑和心理上的积极注意是必要的,这和我们所要求避免的紧张问题和所追求的放松目标是两回事,必须区别开来探讨。这也是我区分必要的、积极的紧张和不必要的、消极的紧张的原因所在。 本文在对紧张进行分类的基础上,分成一般演奏状态和正式场合演奏状态下两个方面来研究紧张与放松的有关问题。前者主要从生理角度谈身体各部位所产生的紧张及如何针对性放松,后者则主要从心理角度谈演奏过程中所产生的紧张及如何针对性放松。通过对不同演奏状态下紧张与放松问题的研究得出遵循人体自身的生理规律来演奏,心理训练应成为钢琴演奏与教学的重要环节和在高师课程中开设“钢琴表演心理”的必要性等结论。
[Abstract]:The contradiction between tension and relaxation is a group of words which appear frequently in piano playing and teaching. The unnecessary tension of muscles will affect the function of fingers and set up great obstacles to the display of various piano playing skills. Psychological stress is undoubtedly responsible for destroying normal levels of play, because good piano playing is the result of the coordinated movement of the whole body under the command of the brain. Under the condition of excessive mental stress, the brain can not work normally, thus breaking the coordination of body and mind, and the good performance effect is also impossible to achieve. In other words, this coordination is not only physical, but also psychological. It is only through the analysis of tension that we can better understand that good relaxation is the best physical and psychological state of piano performance. Therefore, it becomes the goal of every pianist to overcome unnecessary tension. Of course, it is necessary to play with the necessary finger support and positive psychological attention, which is different from the tension we ask to avoid and the goal of relaxation, which must be discussed separately. This is why I distinguish between necessary, positive tension and unnecessary, negative tension. Based on the classification of tension, this paper studies the related problems of tension and relaxation from two aspects: general performance state and formal performance state. The former mainly talks about the tension and how to relax from the physiological point of view, while the latter mainly talks about the tension and how to relax in the process of playing from the psychological point of view. Through the study of tension and relaxation in different performance states, it is concluded that the performance follows the physiological laws of the human body itself. Psychological training should become an important link in piano playing and teaching and the necessity of setting up piano performance psychology in the course of normal university.
