比较视角下的高校普及音乐教育

【摘要】： 普及音乐教育是我国高等教育素质教育的重要组成部分，它有着悠久的传统，在今天又深具现实意义；高校普及音乐教育和专业音乐教育有着千丝万缕的联系，同时又存在很大的区别。本文以比较学的视角，对普及音乐教育的历史、高校普及音乐教育的现状和区别于专业音乐教育的特点，作了较深入的考察和探索。文章分为两章：第一章“关于普及音乐教育”。在该章节中对我国音乐教育的历史和传统进行了纵向回顾和梳理，并探讨了当前国情下开展高校普及音乐教育的意义及价值，以及作者对现行高校普及音乐教育教学的思考；第二章“比较视角下的高校普及音乐教育”。这一章从教育教学的功能、模式、展开环节、特点等四个方面，描述在专业音乐教育教学参照下的高校普及音乐教育教学的特色。重点在第二部分。该部分对概念、目的任务、课程设置及教学内容、教学过程、方式方法、教学主客体、教学评价等作了详尽而深入的阐释。由此得出结论，高校普及音乐教育的开展，是全面提升国民素质的重要一环，是整个国民教育体系中素质教育的延伸。普及音乐教育教学最本质特色就是其大众性。大众性就要求重在提升受教者的内在素养，，而技术层面是次要的或甚至可不作为评价项目；大众性就要求在教育教学的开展形式上更加活泼多样，在评价方式上更加富于弹性。
[Abstract]:Universal music education is an important part of quality education in higher education in China. It has a long tradition and is of great practical significance today. Universal music education and professional music education in colleges and universities are inextricably linked, and there are great differences at the same time. From the perspective of comparative study, this paper makes an in-depth investigation and exploration on the history of universal music education, the present situation of universal music education in colleges and universities and the characteristics different from professional music education. The article is divided into two chapters: the first chapter "about universal music education". In this chapter, the history and tradition of music education in China are reviewed and combed vertically, and the significance and value of developing universal music education in colleges and universities under the current national conditions are discussed, as well as the author's thoughts on the current universal music education in colleges and universities. The second chapter is "Universal Music Education in Colleges and Universities from a Comparative Perspective". This chapter describes the characteristics of universal music education teaching in colleges and universities under the reference of professional music education teaching from four aspects: the function, the mode, the unfolding link and the characteristics of education and teaching. The focus is on the second part. This part gives a detailed and in-depth explanation of the concept, purpose and task, curriculum design and teaching content, teaching process, methods and methods, teaching subject and object, teaching evaluation and so on. It is concluded that the development of universal music education in colleges and universities is an important part of promoting the quality of the people in an all-round way, and it is the extension of quality education in the whole national education system. The most essential characteristic of universal music education is its popularity. The popularity requires that the emphasis should be placed on the improvement of the inner accomplishment of the trainees, while the technical level is secondary or even can not be used as an evaluation project; the popularity requires more lively and diverse forms of education and teaching and more flexibility in the evaluation methods.
