元认知与钢琴学习

【摘要】:元认知(Metacognition)是个人在对自身认知过程意识的基础上,对其认知过程进行的自我反省,自我控制和自我调节,即个人对认知的认知。已有大量研究结果表明,元认知在学生各个科目以及各种自我学习中都起着重要的作用。 本文将元认知理论与钢琴学习相结合,阐述了培养和发展元认知能力在钢琴学习中的重要作用,并结合钢琴学习特点提出家长和教师对学生进行的“钢琴元认知训练方案”,将该方案运用于学生学习中,结合教师和家长对方案应用后的反馈,证明了运用“元认知训练方案”对学生钢琴学习进行的训练确实能够给学生学习带来可观察到的良好变化,由此说明将元认知应用于钢琴学习是有益并且是必要的,同时让更多学习者和教育者能够注重元认知能力在钢琴学习中的发展和培养。 论文分为三个部分:第一部分是问题的提出以及对元认知基本理论的介绍;第二部分内容是将元认知的基本内容与钢琴学习进行结合,并对将元认知运用于钢琴学习中的重要性进行阐述;第三部分结合元认知理论内容及钢琴的学习特征,,提出了教师和家长对学生进行的“钢琴学习的元认知训练方案”,将该方案应用于教师教学及日常练习中,结合教师和家长对方案应用后的反馈,对训练方案应用的结果进行分析和总结。
[Abstract]:Metacognitive (Metacognition) is an individual's self-reflection, self-control and self-regulation of his cognitive process on the basis of his own awareness of the cognitive process, that is, the individual's cognition of cognition. A large number of studies have shown that metacognition plays an important role in various subjects and in all kinds of self-learning. This paper combines metacognitive theory with piano learning, expounds the important role of cultivating and developing metacognitive ability in piano learning, and puts forward the "piano metacognitive training scheme" for students by parents and teachers according to the characteristics of piano learning. The application of the program to students' learning, combined with the feedback of teachers and parents on the application of the program, proves that the training of students' piano learning by using the "metacognitive training program" can indeed bring about a good observed change to the students' learning. Therefore, it is useful and necessary to apply metacognition to piano learning, and make more learners and educators pay attention to the development and cultivation of metacognitive ability in piano learning. The thesis is divided into three parts: the first part is the introduction of the problem and the basic theory of metacognition; The second part is to combine the basic content of metacognition with piano learning, and explain the importance of applying metacognition to piano learning. In the third part, combining the contents of metacognitive theory and the characteristics of piano learning, the author puts forward the "metacognitive training scheme of piano learning" for students by teachers and parents, and applies the scheme to teachers' teaching and daily practice. Combined with the feedback of teachers and parents on the application of the program, the results of the application of the training program were analyzed and summarized.
