三所军事院校音乐教育现状的调查与分析思考

【摘要】：军校是我军培养综合性高素质官兵的重要阵地。军校音乐教育在学员文化素质教育中占有重要地位和作用，对提高学员的政治素质、思想素质、文化素质，起着潜移默化的启迪、诱导和激励作用，使军校学员能够获得多方面的教益。 为了使军校音乐教育走上良好的、规范化的发展轨道，充分发挥军校音乐教育的功能和作用，使其成为加强军营文化建设的不竭动力，本文拟通过问卷调查和个人访谈的形式，对军校部分学员和教员、教导员及文化干事进行调查、统计与分析，，以实证的手段剖析当前军校音乐教育的现状，探索出一套适合军校音乐教育课程体系的结构与教学模式。 本文以军校音乐教育为研究对象，通过对军校音乐教育现状进行调查与分析，对军校音乐教育的发展进行思考与探索，为军校音乐教育起到了理论参考和实践指导的作用，具有填补空白的价值。
[Abstract]:Military Academy is an important position of our army to train high-quality officers and soldiers. The military school music education plays an important role in the quality-oriented education of the cadets. It is an inspiration to improve the political quality, the ideological quality and the cultural quality of the cadets. In order to get the military academy music education to a good and standardized development track, to give full play to the function and function of the military academy music education, to make it the inexhaustible motive force to strengthen the culture construction of the military camp, this article is to adopt the form of the questionnaire and the personal interview, The investigation, statistics and analysis of the cadets and the teachers, the teaching guide and the cultural officer of the military school are carried out, and the present situation of the current military school music education is analyzed by means of an empirical method, and a set of music education courses suitable for military schools is explored. The structure and teaching mode of the system are the research object of the military school music education, and through the investigation and analysis of the present situation of the military academy music education, the development of the military school music education is thought and explored, and the music education of the military school has played a good role.
