表演实践在专业硕士培养中的价值初探

【摘要】：表演实践是艺术硕士学习中重要的学习过程，目前国内外音乐院校对此都非常重视。专业硕士是具有职业背景的学位，所以表演实践的全过程是对专业硕士研究生整体素质的检验，目的是为培养特定职业高层次的专门人才。专业硕士研究生在学习期间，必须保证不少于半年的艺术实践。这样同时可以把教学置于实践中验证，从而反映学校各环节的教学水平和管理水平，依托表演实践更有力地促进教学的良性循环。专业硕士注重培养实践能力和创新能力，学生们在实践过程中从思想上更加成熟，并不断增长实际工作经验，同时养成良好的精神品质，，更加开阔音乐视野，缩短就业适应期限。这是音乐表演专业通过艺术实践而产生的独特价值，所以表演实践在（音乐）专业硕士人才培养中显得尤为重要。这就是人作用与音乐，音乐也同样的作用与人的教育功能。
[Abstract]:Performance practice is an important learning process in master of art learning, which is attached great importance to by music colleges and universities at home and abroad. Professional master's degree is a degree with professional background, so the whole process of performance practice is to test the overall quality of professional graduate students, the purpose of which is to train high-level professionals of a specific profession. Professional graduate students in the study period, must ensure not less than half a year of artistic practice. At the same time, the teaching can be verified in practice, thus reflecting the teaching level and management level of each link in the school, and relying on the performance practice to promote the virtuous circle of teaching more forcefully. The professional master pays attention to the cultivation of practical ability and innovative ability. In the process of practice, the students are more mature in thought, and continue to increase their practical work experience. At the same time, they develop good spiritual quality, broaden the field of vision of music, and shorten the employment adaptation period. This is the unique value of music performance specialty through artistic practice, so performance practice is particularly important in the cultivation of master's degree talents. This is the role of human and music, music is also the same role and human educational function.
