老建筑更新设计

【摘要】：随着经济的发展和社会不断的进步,大批的老建筑被历史遗留了下来,伴随着周边环境的日新月异,这些老建筑的存在日渐格格不入起来,针对这些历史遗留下来的珍贵产物,建筑界也越来越对其重视起来。对于老建筑,相比之前针对老建筑一面倒的拆除,耗费大量人力、物力、财力对其进行毫无保留的重建,老建筑的更新性再利用设计以及逐渐取代了拆除重建的模式,老建筑的更新设计以及引领了时代的主流,对于历史遗留下来的珍贵记忆,取其精华,去其糟粕,真正的达到建筑层面的可持续发展是尤为重要的。相对于其他发达国家来说,我国老建筑的再利用设计起步较晚,研究面也偏窄,我国对于老建筑更新设计大多仍停留在具体的个别建筑更新与改造设计实例的分析与介绍层面,整体的推广应用与系统理论的整合相对较薄弱。多数老建筑的更新设计紧紧停留在表层材料与装饰的浅层设计,没有真正意义上的将老建筑的历史韵味的旧与时代发展的新进行完美的融合更新。对于我国现有国情,历史遗留下的老建筑、历史文化遗产类建筑设施较多,老建筑的更新设计的整体规律推广迫在眉睫。当然,我国的老建筑更新设计上也不乏优秀案例,比如沈阳的水塔改造设计,将城市中废弃的水塔改造成展廊,将功能上的废弃的建筑转换为城市景观中的艺术装置,这是建筑功能上的生长,即保留了老建筑的旧的韵味,又在这种旧的韵味的基础上提升了新的功能,为老建筑创造了又一次的重生。对于老建筑真正意义上的更新设计,我们仍需要进行多方面的探索与大量的经验积累,将老建筑的更新设计,结合建筑自身的生长性,结合空间改造的原则、方法、内容,结合人文主义生态可持续发展的观念,总结出适用于老建筑更新设计的完整规律与方法,真正意义上的达到老建筑的再生长。

For the present situation of our country, the historical legacy of the old buildings, many buildings of historical and cultural heritage, promote the overall pattern of the renewal design of old building imminent.
