【摘要】: 自改革开放以来,中国经济一直保持着持续、快速、健康发展。随着中国加入世界经济贸易组织,我国企业面临着广泛的市场空间和诸多机遇,但同时也面临着严峻的挑战,国内各行业内部之间的竞争亦开始呈现白热化状态,这对于正处在发展时期的我国装饰企业尤其如此。 我国的装饰企业作为经济社会一个新的群体,起步晚,发展快,经历的发展时期虽然不长却异军突起。但是,多数企业在发展到一定规模时就陷于停顿甚至倒退,不能成为企业界的优势群体。笔者认为,装饰企业发展所面临的主要问题是人力资源管理问题,而且,我国装饰企业在人力资源管理特别是战略管理方面,还存在着许多不规范与不科学之处在阻碍着其发展壮大,这些正是本文所要解决的问题。 人力资源管理正越来越成为企业管理的一种基石,因为激烈的竞争必然呼唤有效的与之相匹配的人力资源竞争战略,因此,能否制定出符合企业自身特点需要的人力资源竞争战略成为决定企业竞争成败的关键。构建战略性人力资源管理体系,加强人力资源管理,正是培植企业核心能力的有效途径。 本文首先介绍了人力资源管理及其相关理论,接着从企业战略分析入手,主要是以A装饰企业在杭州市装饰业迅速发展的大背景下,如何利用社会资源打造创新企业的人力资源管理、提升企业市场地位为研究对象,并以事实为依据的内外部环境分析,包括政策环境、劳动力市场、组织内部资源的分析,通过对其企业发展战略、人力资源管理战略的制定以及实施的研究,进一步深入分析了在现代装饰行业大发展的市场机会下,A企业在确保企业的市场效益的最大化和可持续发展下,如何拟定企业的人力资源战略,进而阐明A装饰企业如何制定人力资源管理战略。希望本文能够对我国装饰企业的发展起到一定的帮助作用。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's economy has maintained a sustained, rapid and healthy development. With China's entry into the World Economic and Trade Organization, Chinese enterprises are faced with a wide range of market space and many opportunities. But at the same time, it is also facing severe challenges, the competition among domestic industries is also beginning to show a white-hot state, which is especially true for the decoration enterprises in the period of development. China's decorative enterprises as a new group of economic and social, starting late, rapid development, although the development period experienced is not long but suddenly. When most enterprises develop to a certain scale, they are at a standstill or even retrogressive, and can not become an advantage group of enterprises. The author believes that the main problem facing the development of decorative enterprises is human resource management. In the aspect of human resource management, especially strategic management, there are still many nonstandard and unscientific aspects that hinder the development of decoration enterprises in our country. These are the problems to be solved in this paper. Human resource management is increasingly becoming a cornerstone of enterprise management, because the fierce competition must call for an effective match of human resources competition strategy, so. Whether to formulate the human resource competition strategy which meets the needs of the enterprise itself is the key to the success or failure of the enterprise competition. Build the strategic human resources management system and strengthen the human resources management. It is the effective way to cultivate the core competence of enterprises. This paper first introduces the human resources management and its related theories, and then starts with the strategic analysis of enterprises, mainly under the background of the rapid development of decoration industry in Hangzhou. How to make use of social resources to create innovative enterprise human resource management, improve enterprise market position as the research object, and based on the facts of the internal and external environment analysis, including policy environment, labor market. Organization internal resources analysis, through the development of its enterprise strategy, human resources management strategy and implementation of the study, further in-depth analysis in the modern decoration industry under the market opportunities for great development. In order to ensure the maximization and sustainable development of enterprise's market benefit, A enterprise how to draw up the enterprise's human resource strategy. Furthermore, this paper expounds how A decoration enterprise formulates human resource management strategy, and hopes that this paper can help the development of decoration enterprises in our country to some extent.
