IMD膜片上图案变形的评价方法研究

【摘要】:随着塑料在各种领域中的广泛运用,人们对塑料产品表面装饰的要求越来越高,传统的表面装饰技术已经渐渐无法满足新产品的要求,因此模内装饰(In Mold Decoration)技术便应运而生。但是在实际生产中,常常会因为IMD膜片上图案的变形而导致产品表面质量的不合格。本文针对IMD膜片在成型过程中图案的变形,提出一种能够准确的定量评价图案变形情况的方法,其具体工作如下所示:(1)提出一种针对IMD膜片上图案变形的评价方法。通过图案几何形状和图案色彩两个方面能够定量地评价图案在膜片的各个区域内的变形情况。(2)通过对ABAQUS软件的后处理进行二次开发以及采取适当测量技术和图像处理技术这两种不同的手段,分别提取得到仿真和实际膜片上网格的变形结果数据。根据所设计的Python算法将膜片上网格的变形结果数据转换为图案网格的变形结果数据。并构建变形后膜片的双三次B样条曲面,计算得到各个评价参数。(3)构建图案色彩变化的评价模型,以色差值作为主要的评价标准。将色差值以云图的形式显示,实现对膜片上各区域内色彩变化结果的评价和分析。(4)构建图案几何形状变形的评价模型,以网格的面积变化、直线扭曲度、网格尺寸拉伸比、角度变化等作为评价指标。将这些评价指标值以云图的形式显示,实现对膜片上各区域内图案几何形状的变化情况的综合分析。(5)上述的评价方法及算法经实例应用和仿真分析,结果证明它们是合理有效的。
[Abstract]:With the wide use of plastics in various fields, people have higher and higher requirements for the surface decoration of plastic products. The traditional surface decoration technology has gradually failed to meet the requirements of new products. As a result, the technology of in Mold Decoration emerges as the times require, but in the actual production. Because of the deformation of the pattern on the IMD diaphragm, the surface quality of the product is often not up to standard. This paper aims at the deformation of the pattern in the forming process of the IMD diaphragm. This paper presents an accurate quantitative evaluation method for pattern deformation. Its work is as follows: 1). This paper presents an evaluation method for pattern deformation on IMD film, which can quantitatively evaluate the deformation of pattern in each region of the film by means of pattern geometry and pattern color. Through the second development of post-processing of ABAQUS software and the adoption of appropriate measurement technology and image processing technology these two different means. Based on the Python algorithm designed, the deformation data of the mesh on the diaphragm is transformed into the deformation result data of the pattern grid, and the deformation result data of the pattern grid is constructed. The bicubic B-spline surface of the hind diaphragm. The evaluation model of pattern color change is constructed, and the color difference value is taken as the main evaluation standard. The color difference value is displayed in the form of cloud image. Evaluation and analysis of the results of color change in each region on the diaphragm. (4) the evaluation model of pattern geometric shape deformation is constructed, and the mesh area change, straight line distortion, mesh dimension stretch ratio are used. Angle change is used as evaluation index. These evaluation index values are displayed in the form of cloud map. A comprehensive analysis of the variation of pattern geometry in each region of the diaphragm is realized. (5) the above evaluation methods and algorithms are applied and simulated by an example, and the results show that they are reasonable and effective.
