室内装修小车结构与动态特性的研究

【摘要】:室内装修小车是一种面向室内装修作业的升降行走机械,它的 研制有利于提高室内装修作业水平、减轻劳动强度和提高经济效 益,具有较大的现实意义。本文主要围绕广西大学机械工程学院和 广西区建设厅合作项目“室内装修作业台车的研制”,应用 CAD/CAM/CAE软件I-DEAS和有限元分析软件ANSYS,同时结合实验 测试,在结构和动态特性方面对室内装修小车进行研究,其内容贯 穿于室内装修小车的设计、分析、制造和实验测试的整个过程。 本文首先在整体设计的基础上,应用I-DEAS软件机构设计模 块对室内装修小车的虚拟样机进行机构运动分析和仿真,,对室内装 修小车的结构性能进行了较全面的了解。然后在机构分析与仿真的 基础上应用I-DEAS软件对室内装修小车的主要构件进行了有限元 静力分析和参数化优化设计,为室内装修小车各种结构参数的确定 提供了依据。同时,本文运用有限元分析软件ANSYS对室内装修小 车的整体结构进行了有限元模态分析,为了解室内装修小车的动态 特性提供了参考。为验证有限元分析结果的可靠性,论文最后对室 内装修小车的样机进行了静态应力和动态特性的测试,实验结果表 明,本文在进行有限元分析时所建立的有限元模型是合理的。
[Abstract]:Interior decoration car is a kind of lifting and walking machinery for interior decoration. Development is beneficial to improve the level of indoor decoration, reduce labor intensity and improve economic efficiency. This paper focuses on the College of Mechanical Engineering of Guangxi University and the College of Mechanical Engineering of Guangxi University. "Development of Table car for Interior Decoration", Cooperation Project of Guangxi Construction Department, and its Application CAD/CAM/CAE software I-DEAS and finite element analysis software ANSYS, combined with experiments. Test, research on the structure and dynamic characteristics of the interior decoration car, its content is consistent Design, analyze, manufacture and test the interior decoration car. In this paper, based on the overall design, I use I-DEAS software mechanism design module. The kinematic analysis and simulation of the virtual prototype of the interior decoration car are carried out by the block, and the indoor fitting is carried out. The structure and performance of the repair car are fully understood. Then, the mechanism analysis and simulation of the Based on I-DEAS software, the main components of interior decoration car are analyzed by finite element method. Static analysis and parameterized optimization design for the determination of various structural parameters of interior decoration trolley At the same time, the finite element analysis software ANSYS is applied to the interior decoration. The finite element modal analysis of the whole structure of the car is carried out, in order to understand the dynamics of the small car in the interior decoration. In order to verify the reliability of the finite element analysis results, the paper gives a final analysis of the chamber. The static stress and dynamic characteristics of the prototype of the interior decoration car are tested, and the experimental results are presented. The finite element model established in this paper is reasonable.
