建设部要求做好原有房屋装饰装修安全管理工作

【摘要】：正[本刊讯]为了加强对房屋建筑装饰装修的管理,确保国家财产和公共安全,建设部于今年8月7日发布了第46号部令《建筑装饰装修管理规定》(以下简称《规定》),并自1959年9月1日起施行。为了认真贯彻实施这个《规定》,建设部房地产业司于8月28日以(95)建房物字第33号文发出了“关于认真贯彻《建筑装饰装修管理规定》做好原有房屋安全管理工作的通知”全文如下:
[Abstract]:In order to strengthen the management of the decoration and decoration of houses and to ensure the national property and public safety, The Ministry of Construction issued Ministry decree No. 46 on August 7th of this year, "regulations for the Administration of Building Decoration and Decoration" (hereinafter referred to as "the regulations"), which came into effect from September 1st 1959. In order to implement this provision seriously, the Ministry of Construction of Real Estate. On August 28th, the Secretary for Trade and Industry issued the following full text of the notice on conscientiously implementing the provisions on Building Decoration and Decoration Management to do a good Job in the Management of the original Building Safety:
