模外装饰鼠标外壳贴膜工艺仿真及模具改进

【摘要】:采用FORTRAN语言设计编写DSGZ黏弹性本构模型的材料子程序嵌入至ABAQUS软件中,然后基于模外装饰工艺原理,对六个鼠标外壳贴膜工艺成进行模拟计算,成型后薄膜的最薄厚度为0.183 mm,薄膜在X方向最大变形量为7.417 mm,薄膜在Y方向最大变形量为4.107 mm。通过增大鼠标之间的左右距离同时减小鼠标之间的前后距离,改进之后薄膜的最小厚度为0.184 3 mm,薄膜在X,Y方向上的最大变形量分别为7.104,2.574 mm,其较改进前分别减少了4.22%,37.3%。
[Abstract]:The material subprogram of DSGZ viscoelastic constitutive model is programmed by FORTRAN language and embedded into ABAQUS software. Based on the principle of external decoration, the process of six mouse shells is simulated and calculated. The thinnest thickness of the formed film is 0.183 mm, the maximum deformation in X direction is 7.417 mm, and the maximum deformation amount in Y direction is 4.107 mm. by increasing the distance between the mouse and the left and right, the distance between the front and the rear of the mouse is reduced. The minimum thickness of the modified film is 0.1843 mm, and the maximum deformation of the film in the XY direction is 7.104 mm and 2.574 mm, respectively, which is less than that before the improvement by 4.22% and 37.3 mm, respectively.
