【摘要】: PTT虽然实现商业化生产已愈十年,但在市场的推广应用上还只是处在起步阶段,生产应用并未成熟,如何创新的,有效的把PTT纱线制品应用到品种功能繁多,组织结构各异的面料上是极具开发意义和前景的一个课题。 本课题主要研究PTT纤维在座椅类装饰用织物方面的应用。考虑涤纶占车用纺织装饰织物市场的90%以上,本论文选取PTT/PET双组分(以下简称为PTT)、涤纶超细纤维为原料,在编织不同织物以及对织物进行整理的基础上,比较同样组织的涤纶织物与PTT织物的性能差异,对PTT纤维较之目前涤纶座椅类装饰用织物的更优性进行研究和探讨。 作者选取当前市场上较为流行的几款座椅类装饰用绒类织物,具体介绍其编织工艺。实验主要是对四种织物进行装饰用织物相关性能测试和比较,包括耐使用方面的性能测试、热湿舒适性测试、尺寸稳定性测试、色牢度测试以及织物手感风格方面的测试等。 拉伸回弹性能是PTT纤维的最大优势所在,故本文着重针对几种绒类织物的拉伸回弹性能进行测试,并加入主成分回归分析,讨论影响PTT织物拉伸回弹性的关键因素,揭示各影响因素之间的关系。 阻燃产品要根据需要控制品种,以降低成本,故本文选用常用的涤纶织物阻燃整理剂,设计正交试验来对PTT绒类织物做阻燃整理。试验取得最佳整理工艺,无需开发新型整理剂即可获得较好的整理效果。同时对具有相同织物组织的涤纶绒类织物设计相同正交试验,最后比较PTT绒类织物和涤纶绒织物在各自最佳整理工艺下的阻燃性能优劣,同时研究阻燃整理对织物其他性能的影响。 最后,借用模糊决策和模糊聚类分析数学方法,对PTT含量不同的8种织物的性能进行综合评价,对于PTT绒类织物的设计和生产具有一定的参考价值和意义。 本课题是以实践应用为基础展开的,希望对以后的研究和实际生产有一定借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:Although the commercial production of PTT has been realized for more than ten years, the popularization and application of PTT in the market is still in its infancy, the production and application is not mature, how to innovate and effectively apply PTT yarn products to a wide variety of functions, The fabric with different structure is a subject of great significance and prospect. This paper mainly studies the application of PTT fiber in seat decorative fabrics. Considering that polyester fiber accounts for more than 90% of the market of automotive textile decorative fabrics, this paper selects PTT/PET bicomponent (hereinafter referred to as PTT, polyester superfine fiber as raw material). On the basis of weaving different fabrics and finishing the fabrics, the difference of properties between polyester fabric and PTT fabric with the same structure was compared, and the better performance of PTT fiber was studied and discussed compared with the current polyester chair decorative fabric. This paper introduces the weaving technology of several kinds of pile fabrics for seat decoration, which are popular in the market at present. The experiment is mainly to test and compare the properties of four kinds of fabrics for decoration. Including performance tests, heat and moisture comfort tests, dimensional stability tests, color fastness tests and fabric feel style tests. The tensile resilience is the greatest advantage of PTT fiber, so this paper focuses on testing the tensile resilience of several kinds of pile fabrics, and adds principal component regression analysis to discuss the key factors that affect the tensile resilience of PTT fabrics. Reveal the relationship between the factors. The flame-retardant product should be controlled according to the need to reduce the cost. Therefore, the common flame retardant finishing agent of polyester fabric is selected in this paper, and the orthogonal test is designed to finish the PTT fabric. The best finishing technology is obtained by the experiment. No need to develop new finishing agent can obtain better finishing effect. At the same time, the same orthogonal test is designed for polyester fabric with the same fabric structure. Finally, the flame-retardant properties of PTT fabric and polyester fabric under the best finishing process were compared, and the effect of flame retardant finishing on other properties of the fabric was studied. Finally, the comprehensive evaluation of the performance of eight kinds of fabrics with different PTT content by using fuzzy decision making and fuzzy cluster analysis mathematical method has certain reference value and significance for the design and production of PTT pile fabric. This subject is based on practical application, and it is hoped that it can be used for reference in future research and practical production.
