建立我国服装与室内家具及装饰织物燃烧性标准体系的研究

【摘要】: 本文首次提出建立我国服装和室内家具装饰织物燃烧性标准体系。首先根据燃烧性伤害风险分析确定了标准体系的产品分类,然后对相关产品的燃烧性法规和标准展开比较研究,并对我国相关产品的出口检测数据进行分析,建立了涵盖普通服装、儿童睡衣、地毯、床垫、床上用品和软体家具的燃烧性标准体系。该体系的建立填补了我国相关织物基本防火安全领域标准的空白,为我国制定相应的燃烧性法规提供参考依据,是织物燃烧性标准领域一个具有创新性和现实意义的综合性研究课题。 燃烧性法规主要包括产品标准和方法标准两个方面,所以制定我国相应燃烧性法规必须确定相应的产品标准和方法标准。由于我国已有一些相关的方法标准,但是产品标准非常欠缺。所以本文的研究主要集中在产品标准的制定上。 首先确定了该体系所包含的产品种类。由于我国在与织物有关的火灾统计数据和伤害风险方面的研究较少,所以这里主要借鉴国外相关火灾统计数据、燃烧风险分析及产品种类的制定经验,并结合我国相关火灾和伤害风险的现状,确定了该体系应包括的六个产品种类,即普通服装、儿童睡衣、地毯、床垫、床上用品和软体家具。 根据确定的产品种类,将国内外相关的燃烧性法规和标准从适用范围、免除、试样要求、预处理程序、燃烧实验程序、评价标准和标签七个关键技术点分别进行深入的比较,并对其中的相同点和差异点进行分析,研究国外相应法规和标准关键点的制定依据,为我国燃烧性标准体系的建立提供参考。 为了了解我国相关织物的燃烧性能状况,以美国为参考对象,收集了近年来我国相关产品出口美国的检测报告,,分析了这些数据的通过率、分布情况以及影响其燃烧性测试结果的因素。结果显示,我国相关产品有较高的通过率,可以达到美国相关法规和标准的要求。此外,在服装燃烧性数据的分析中发现,美国16 CFR 1610的免检范围偏严,并根据数据分析结果提出了新的免检范围的参考值,即在一般情况下,不论织物的纤维成分,单位面积质量达到73g/m~2以上的表面平坦织物能够通过服用织物的燃烧性测试。 基于以上研究和我国现有的测试方法,建立了我国服装及室内家具装饰织物燃烧性标准体系及其下六个产品燃烧性标准的关键技术点。
[Abstract]:In this paper, it is the first time to establish the combustibility standard system of clothing and interior furnishings in China. Firstly, according to the risk analysis of combustible injury, the product classification of the standard system is determined. Then the combustibility laws and standards of related products are compared and studied, and the export inspection data of related products in China are analyzed, and the general clothing, children's pajamas, carpets, mattresses are established. The establishment of the system fills the blank in the field of basic fire safety of related fabrics in China, and provides a reference for our country to formulate corresponding combustibility laws and regulations. It is an innovative and practical comprehensive research topic in the field of fabric combustibility standard. The combustibility regulation mainly includes two aspects: product standard and method standard. Therefore, in order to make the corresponding combustibility regulation in China, we must determine the corresponding product standard and method standard. But the product standard is very lacking, so the research of this paper mainly focuses on the formulation of product standard. First of all, the types of products included in the system are determined. Because there are few researches on fire statistics and damage risk related to fabric in China, the main reference is foreign related fire statistics. Based on the experience of combustion risk analysis and product type development, combined with the current situation of fire and injury risk in China, six product categories are determined, namely, general clothing, children's pajamas, carpets, mattresses, mattresses, rugs and mattresses, which should be included in the system. Bedding and soft furniture. According to the determined product types, the relevant domestic and foreign combustibility laws and standards are compared in depth from seven key technical points, including applicable scope, exemption, sample requirement, preprocessing procedure, combustion test procedure, evaluation standard and label. The similarities and differences among them are analyzed and the key points of relevant laws and standards abroad are studied in order to provide a reference for the establishment of combustibility standard system in China. In order to understand the combustibility of related fabrics in China, the testing reports on the export of related products from China to the United States in recent years were collected and the pass rate of these data was analyzed, taking the United States as the reference object. The results show that the relevant products in China have a high pass rate, which can meet the requirements of the relevant laws and standards of the United States. In addition, it is found in the analysis of the combustibility data of clothing, The exemption range of 16 CFR 1610 in the United States is strict, and the reference value of the new exemption range is put forward according to the results of data analysis, that is, in general, regardless of the fiber composition of the fabric, Surface flattened fabrics with a unit area mass of more than 73 g / m ~ (2) can be tested for burnability of wearable fabrics. Based on the above research and the existing testing methods in China, the combustibility standard system of clothing and interior furnishings in China and the key technical points of the next six combustibility standards are established.
