国家游泳中心室内装饰装修工程实践与总结

【摘要】：2008年北京奥运会作为中国第一次成功举办的奥运会受到了全世界的关注。国家游泳中心工程作为奥运会标志性建筑，除赛时作为奥运会主要的跳水、游泳比赛场馆，，同时还担负着奥运会形象工程的角色。由于工程极具挑战性的创新设计，该工程在施工技术与组织管理层面都具有非常高的难度，加之比赛时间确定，工期紧张等特点，如何合理、科学的采用项目管理理念顺利完成业主、国家的指派任务，合理组织施工，确保工程按时投入比赛是业内研究的重点。本文以国家游泳中心室内装饰装修工程项目为研究对象，简要分析了国内外工程项目管理的发展现状及趋势，介绍了本工程项目管理的背景及项目的相关情况。随后本文分别从项目的组织管理、质量管理、进度管理及安全生产、文明及绿色施工管理几方面详细的阐述了项目施工中的管理控制内容与方法，对施工过程中存在的问题进行了有效分析，并总结了大量相关的经验与教训。文中尤其重点介绍了工程中具有创新性的专项工程施工流程、技术措施与质量控制保障措施，这些技术部分为国内首次尝试，并申请获得国家专利。这为日后相关室内装饰装修工程项目施工技术与项目管理提供了宝贵的技术指导与经验。
[Abstract]:In 2008, the Beijing Olympic Games, as the first successful Olympic Games in China, attracted worldwide attention. The National Swimming Center Project, as an Olympic iconic building, was used as the main diving and swimming venue for the Olympic Games. At the same time, it is also responsible for the role of the Olympic image engineering. Due to the extremely challenging innovative design of the project, the project is very difficult in terms of construction technology and organizational management, coupled with the characteristics of determining the time of the competition and the tight duration of the project. How to reasonably and scientifically adopt the concept of project management to successfully complete the assignment task of the owner and the country, organize the construction reasonably and ensure the project to be put into the competition on time is the key point of the research in the field. Taking the interior decoration and decoration project of National Swimming Center as the research object, this paper briefly analyzes the development status and trend of the project management at home and abroad. This paper introduces the background of the project management and the related situation of the project. Then, this paper introduces the project organization management, quality management, schedule management and production safety, respectively. The contents and methods of management and control in project construction are expounded in detail in several aspects of civilization and green construction management, and the problems existing in the construction process are analyzed effectively. And summarized a large number of relevant experiences and lessons. This paper especially introduces the innovative special project construction process, technical measures and quality control measures, which are the first attempt in China. It provides valuable technical guidance and experience for the construction technology and project management of related interior decoration and decoration projects.
