大型启闭机PT平台梁预制和吊装饰工

【摘要】:在贵港航运枢纽工程大型启闭机PT平台梁的预制与吊装施工中,根据预制件体积大、重量重、吊装技术要求高的特点,,因地制宜,采用了合理的预制平台和吊装施工技术.预制平台位置的选择要在坝顶永久门机起吊范围内;预制平台的搭设要避开坝顶施工门机的干扰;严把平台模板和钢筋制安质量关;严格控制混凝土浇筑;合理选用吊装铜丝绳;对抓染及PT平台梁棱角采取保护措施;吊装工序按穿绕铜丝绳→卸扣连接→棱角保护→绳扣检查→试吊→缓慢行走及提升→支座垫层安装→就位→检查合格→脱钩进行.实践证明效果良好.
[Abstract]:In the prefabrication and hoisting construction of PT platform beam of large-scale hoist in Guigang Shipping Hub Project, according to the characteristics of large volume, heavy weight and high requirements of hoisting technology of prefabricated parts, measures should be taken according to local conditions. Reasonable prefabricated platform and hoisting construction technology are adopted. The selection of prefabricated platform location should be within the lifting range of permanent portal crane at dam top, the erection of prefabricated platform should avoid the interference of dam top construction door crane, the safety quality of platform formwork and steel bar should be strictly controlled; Strictly control concrete pouring; reasonably select hoisting copper wire rope; take protective measures to catch dyeing and PT platform beam angle; hoisting process according to the winding copper wire rope. 鈫扵ripping connection. 鈫扐ngular protection. 鈫扲ope buckle inspection. 鈫扵est crane. 鈫扴low walking and lifting. 鈫払earing cushion installation. 鈫扞n position. 鈫扞nspection pass. 鈫扵he effect of decoupling is proved to be good in practice.
