全装修住宅室内设计研究

【摘要】：本文在分析并总结了我国住宅全装修行业的发展历程和现状以及全装修住宅在室内设计方面存在的问题,运用文献调查法、定性分析法和归纳法着重从全装修住宅的风格特征设计、功能设计、空间设计、技术品质和设计成本控制等方面对全装修住宅的室内设计进行研究。在风格特征设计方面,研究认为设计必须满足大众化的审美需求和批量化生产施工的原则,并对几类最受大众欢迎的全装修室内风格,包括简约欧式风格、现代简约风格、新中式风格和自然田园风格,提取出其各自的风格特征和造型元素,结合全装修住宅的施工技术特点为全装修住宅做室内设计研究。在功能设计方面,研究认为设计必须满足包括通用性原则,与建筑设计相结合的原则和前瞻性设计原则,并从美化室内空间、合理布局功能空间、隐蔽结构及设备、提高住宅物理性能、绿色环保和提高住宅智能化水平等方面对全装修住宅进行功能设计在空间设计方面,研究认为设计必须满足适用性原则和灵活可变性原则,研究采用了中立、可变、多向联系、空间可增长等设计方法对全装修住宅室内空间进行设计。在技术品质研究方面,主要从材料品质和施工工艺品质两个方面来探讨全装修住宅的技术品质内涵。分析了装饰材料部品化、部件化对我国全装修住宅产业化的重要作用,阐述了材料部品的选择应做好：明确材料、部品采购方式和范围；选择合格供应商；做好产品封样等步骤,并对主要材料、部品的技术要点方面进行具体阐述,其中包括整体厨房、整体卫浴和木质产成品。其次分析并阐述了全装修住宅施工工艺的技术品质,总结了我国传统施工工艺存在的问题,详细阐述了全装修住宅施工工艺的标准化、模数化问题,具体包括定制装修部品；现场组装和配套成品初具规模。在设计成本控制方面,通过对设计成本的分析,阐述了设计成本控制在全装修住宅成本控制中的重要性,主要从材料的选用、功能设计、造型设计、装饰材料的工艺设计等方面进行了分析和探讨,具体应做好：材料品种的确定；木材的合理利用；采取合理的功能设计方案；在满足空间的功能和技术工艺条件的前提下,尽量采用简洁大方的造型；做好施工工艺设计和装修形式设计等方面。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzed and summarized the existing in interior design development course and the present situation of Chinese residential decoration industry and residential renovation problems, using the method of literature survey method and inductive method, design features from the style design, residential renovation focused on qualitative analysis, space design, interior design research of the residential decoration the technical quality and cost control.
In terms of style design, research that design must satisfy the aesthetic needs of mass and mass production principle, the interior decoration style and several kinds of the most popular, including simple European style, modern minimalist style, new style and natural garden style, extract its own style and style the elements, combined with the construction characteristics of the residential renovation work in the interior design of the residential renovation.
In the functional design, including the research that design must satisfy the general principle, principle and forward-looking design principles combined with architectural design, and beautify the indoor space, reasonable layout, function space, hidden structure and equipment, improve the residential physical performance, green environmental protection and improve the residential intelligent level and other aspects of functional design residential decoration
In terms of space design, it is considered that the design must satisfy the applicability principle and flexible variability principle. The research adopts the design method of neutral, changeable, multi-directional connection and space growth to design the interior space of the fully decorated residence.
In the aspect of technical quality, mainly from the two aspects of material quality and construction process quality to explore the connotation of technical quality of residential decoration. Analysis of the decoration materials parts, parts of the important role of China's residential renovation industry, expounds the materials Bupin choice should be made clear: materials, products procurement methods and scope; the selection of qualified suppliers; good product sample and other steps, and the main technical points of material, detail parts, including the whole kitchen, the whole bathroom and woody products. Secondly analyzes and expounds the technical quality of residential renovation construction technology, summarizes the existing traditional construction technology the problems in detail all the decoration of residential construction process standardization, modularization, including customized decoration parts; field assembly and auxiliary products in large scale.
In the design of cost control, through the analysis of the design cost, expounds the importance of cost control in the design of the residential renovation cost control, mainly from the selection of materials, functional design, shape design, decorative materials process design are analyzed and discussed, the specific should be done to determine the material varieties; rational use take the function of wood; reasonable design; in order to meet the demand of function and technology under the condition of space, as far as possible the use of simple and elegant; do the construction process design and decoration design.
