旅游影响下丽江古城传统民居建筑空间消费研究

【摘要】:当代社会,消费成为社会文化的核心以及社会运行与空间建构的特殊动因。以消费文化为核心的丽江旅游业在提高古城经济效益的同时也使其传统民居建筑空间出现了消费性的变迁。本文以消费文化为核心,建筑空间的建构逻辑为出发点,分析丽江古城传统民居建筑空间在旅游影响下发生变迁的特征与机理,并在此基础上进行更深层的讨论。研究内容及结论如下: (1)空间消费是建筑空间发生变迁的根本 从建筑空间本身出发,分析对比旅游前后建筑空间的建构逻辑,发现人为建构逻辑的改变决定了建筑空间特征的变迁。基于此,旅游发展后消费文化主导下的空间消费倾向是古城传统民居建筑空间发生变迁的外在原因。而新兴主体不同空间消费需求的出现是造成建筑空间发生变迁的内在因素。 (2)传统民居建筑空间发生了消费性的变迁 通过对建筑空间各表达方面的研究发现:消费文化打破了原有的空间功能,建筑功能出现了异化;传统民居建筑的内部空间(平面形式与功能分区)出现了迎合多元空间消费需求的重组、异化、重塑,保留的原住民空间也发生了追求现代消费观念的生活空间的改造;建筑的立面色彩在追求空间视觉消费的目的下,营造出类型繁多、色彩环境杂乱的古城色彩空间;建筑装饰则由原来的建筑组成元素变成当下符号消费的重要表征。总的来说,空间由承载消费活动的物质载体变为有着符号特质的可被消费的对象,在游客,经营者以及少量原住民构成的新兴空间使用主体的空间消费需求下,发生了消费性的变迁。 (3)建筑空间表达出“变与不变”的特质 在以上结论的基础上,研究还发现,古镇旅游之所以在造成建筑空间发生消费性改变的同时仍能依托其存在是因为传统建筑空间在空间消费的机制下表达出了变与不变的特质。消费文化改变了建筑空间的功能,但未改变其使用价值存在的自然属性;代替了传统文化成为建筑空间的核心文化,但未造成传统文化的消失,而是使之成为消费的对象。因而,才保证了传统建筑在旅游中本质地保存。 文章以消费文化及建筑空间建构逻辑为基础,构建了旅游古镇传统民居建筑空间的研究框架;同时,以丽江为例,提出在旅游影响下古镇建筑空间的演变机理。在理论及实际应用中均有所创新。完善了旅游影响的研究的同时,也为今后丽江古城的旅游发展与古城保护提供了坚实的科学依据和理论基础。值得指出的是,文章在对建筑外部空间以及丽江三地横向对比方面的研究仍有所欠缺,有待进一步完善及研究。

The research contents and conclusions are as follows:. Space consumption is the root of the change of architectural space. Starting from the architectural space itself, this paper analyzes and compares the construction logic of architectural space before and after tourism, and finds that the change of artificial construction logic determines the change of architectural space characteristics. The spatial consumption tendency under the guidance of the consumption culture after tourism development is the external reason of the change of the architectural space of the traditional residential buildings in the ancient city, and the appearance of the different space consumption demand of the emerging subjects is the internal factor that causes the changes of the architectural space. (2) the change of consumption in the space of traditional residential buildings. Through the research on the expression of architectural space, it is found that consumption culture has broken the original space function, and the architectural function has appeared alienation; The internal space (plane form and functional partition) of the traditional residential buildings has been reorganized to meet the needs of multi-dimensional consumption, the aboriginal space that has been alienated, remolded and preserved has also undergone the transformation of the living space which pursues the modern concept of consumption. The facade color of architecture, in pursuit of space visual consumption, creates an ancient city color space with various types and chaotic color environment, while architectural decoration becomes an important symbol of current symbol consumption from the original architectural elements. Space has changed from a material carrier carrying consumption activities to a consumable object with symbolic characteristics. Under the demand of space consumption of the emerging space users composed of tourists, operators and a small number of aborigines, consumption changes have taken place. 3) Architectural space expresses the characteristics of "change and invariance" On the basis of the above conclusions, the study also found that, The reason why the ancient town tourism can still rely on the consuming change of architectural space is because the traditional architectural space expresses the characteristics of change and invariance under the mechanism of space consumption. The consumption culture changes the function of the building space. But it has not changed the nature attribute of its use value existence; has replaced the traditional culture to become the core culture of the building space, but has not caused the disappearance of the traditional culture, but has made it become the object of consumption. In order to ensure that the traditional building in the nature of tourism preservation. Based on the construction logic of consumption culture and architectural space, this paper constructs the research framework of traditional residential space in ancient tourist towns, and takes Lijiang as an example. The paper puts forward the evolution mechanism of the ancient town's architectural space under the influence of tourism, innovates in both theory and practice, improves the research of tourism influence, and at the same time, It also provides a solid scientific basis and theoretical basis for the tourism development and protection of the ancient city of Lijiang in the future. It is worth pointing out that the research on the exterior space of the building and the horizontal comparison of the three places in Lijiang is still lacking. It needs further improvement and research.
