金笔零件仿金装饰膜层的相结构分析

【摘要】:用多弧离子镀的方法在1Cr13不锈钢和黄铜镀铬基体的表面上制备了氮化钛仿金装饰膜层。通过试验,得到了不同工艺参数情况下各种氮化钛膜层,采用D/max-3B旋转阳极自动X射线衍射仪CuKα辐射测定了膜层的相组成,分析了膜层相结构与各工艺参数间的关系。结果表明,氮气分压和轰击电压的改变对膜层的相组成影响很大,获得最佳相结构的必要条件是氮气分压为4.8×10-1Pa、轰击电压400 V。
[Abstract]:Titanium nitride imitating gold decorative coatings were prepared on the surface of 1Cr13 stainless steel and brass chromium substrate by multi-arc ion plating. Through experiments, various titanium nitride coatings were obtained under different technological parameters. The phase composition of the film was measured by CuK 伪 radiation with D- max-3B rotating anode automatic X-ray diffractometer. The relationship between the phase structure of the film and the process parameters was analyzed. The results show that the changes of nitrogen partial pressure and bombardment voltage have great influence on the phase composition of the film. The necessary condition for obtaining the optimum phase structure is that the partial pressure of nitrogen is 4.8 脳 10 ~ (-1) Pa and the bombardment voltage is 400 V.
