环球数码大厦大跨悬挑装饰架高支模架施工技术

【摘要】：深圳环球数码大厦为钢筋混凝土框筒结构,屋顶混凝土装饰架高10.45m,悬挑3.6m。装饰架高支模架属于高支撑、大跨度悬挑作业,安全条件要求高,施工难度大。综合考虑,采用三角悬挑工字钢支架,满堂支模架加密立杆、水平杆及竖向水平剪刀撑。介绍了施工工艺流程、三角支架搭设、支模架搭设技术,对三角支架受力进行分析,最后指出施工注意事项。工程实践证明,此工艺操作简单、安拆方便、经济性好。
[Abstract]:Shenzhen Global Digital Building is a reinforced concrete frame-tube structure, the roof concrete decorative frame is 10.45m high and the cantilever is 3.6m.Decoration frame high support, long-span cantilever operation, high safety requirement and construction difficulty. The triangular cantilever I-steel bracket, the infill stand of the full hall support die frame, the horizontal bar and the vertical horizontal scissors brace are adopted. The construction process, the setting up of the triangular support and the setting technology of the supporting die frame are introduced, and the force acting on the triangular support is analyzed. Finally, points for attention in construction are pointed out. Engineering practice shows that the process is simple, convenient to install and disassemble, and economical.
