【摘要】： 随着我国建筑装饰业和基础建设管理体制改革的不断深化，建筑装饰施工企业的生产方式和组织结构发生了深刻的变化，以工程项目管理为核心内企业生产经营管理体制已形成，工程项目成本管理与控制是工程项目管理的中心内容，项目成本控制正成为建筑装饰施工企业向深层次发展的主要标志和不可缺少的内容，研究工程项目成本控制对完善投资体制改革、加速建筑装饰施工企业向国际先进水平接轨有十分重要的现实意义。工程项目成本控制，主要通过技术、经济和管理活动来达到预定的目标，在实施过程中，对所发生的费用，采取一系列措施来进行严格的监督和控制工作，及时纠正偏差，总结经验，保证项目管理目标的实现，作者一直在建筑装饰施工企业工程项目从事工作，深入学习了工程项目成本控制的理论方法，参照建筑装饰施工企业实际情况，对项目成本控制的流程进行了具体的研究。在不断完善的投资体制改革的基础上，建筑装饰施工企业在市场经济的竞争中，是以满足业主对建筑装饰产品的需求为目标，以创造最优经济效益为目的的。加强工程项目成本控制，是保证企业的利益，，提高企业管理素质和社会声誉的重要手段。但是，由于人们思想观念的局限性和管理科学在建筑装饰施工领域的实际运用水平，工程项目成本管理的控制存在很多需要继续认真探讨的问题，需要我们深入实际并采取措施使之完善。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the reform of architectural decoration industry and infrastructure management system in China, the mode of production and organizational structure of architectural decoration construction enterprises have undergone profound changes.The enterprise production management system has been formed with the project management as the core, and the project cost management and control is the central content of the engineering project management.The project cost control is becoming the main sign and indispensable content of the deep development of the building decoration construction enterprise. The research on the project cost control to perfect the investment system reform,It is very important to accelerate the construction enterprises to the international advanced level.Engineering project cost control, mainly through technical, economic and management activities to achieve a predetermined goal, in the implementation process, the cost incurred, take a series of measures to strictly monitor and control work, timely correction of deviations,Summing up the experience and ensuring the realization of the project management goal, the author has been engaged in the engineering project of the construction decoration construction enterprise, studied the theory and method of the project cost control in depth, and referred to the actual situation of the building decoration construction enterprise,The process of project cost control is studied in detail.On the basis of the continuous improvement of investment system reform, in the competition of market economy, the goal of architectural decoration construction enterprises is to meet the demand of building decoration products and to create the best economic benefits.Strengthening the cost control of engineering projects is an important means to ensure the interests of enterprises and improve their management quality and social reputation.However, due to the limitations of people's ideas and the practical application level of management science in the field of architectural decoration construction, there are many problems in the cost management of engineering projects that need to be seriously discussed.It is necessary for us to go deep into reality and take measures to perfect it.
