H装饰工程公司业务流程再造设计研究

【摘要】：企业流程再造是兴起于上世纪九十年代的一种新的管理学思想,是对劳动分工理论的颠覆和反思,它是在经济全球化迅猛发展、市场经济瞬息万变的背景下产生的,是企业提升市场竞争力的一种有效手段。本文研究的对象是H装饰公司的业务流程,目前H装饰公司经营利润出现下滑,企业发展陷入困境,现行的业务流程已经无法适应装饰企业转型期的需要。因此,本文以经济学、管理学以及战略管理等理论为基础,并结合实际的工作经验,对企业的运营现状进行反复思考和论证,通过对流程再造与企业硬环境各要素之间关系的研究和国内外流程再造成功经典案例的分析,解释流程再造与企业战略及组织结构的关系。对我国装饰工程企业实施业务流程再造中存在的问题,在借鉴国内外实践经验的基础上,总结归纳出业务流程再造取得成功的关键影响因素,进而提出企业内部影响因素对业务流程再造的重要性。通过分析企业目前的业务流程,对业务流程做根本性的思考和研究,重建企业的业务流程,使企业在成本、质量、服务和速度等方面取得显著的改善,最大限度地适应以顾客(Customer)、竞争(Competition)、变化(Change)为特征的现代企业经营环境。把复杂的企业流程再造分解成清晰明了的具体步骤,使企业流程再造便于理解、认可和具体实施。减少实施过程中的失误,确保业务流程再造给企业带来真正的飞跃,然后在综合分析业务流程再造的实施现状和存在问题的基础上,对H装饰公司的业务流程进行了再造。
[Abstract]:Business process Reengineering (BPR) is a new management thought that arose in the 1990s. It is the subversion and reflection of the division of labor theory. It is produced under the background of the rapid development of economic globalization and the rapid changes of market economy.It is an effective means for enterprises to enhance market competitiveness.The object of this paper is the business process of H decoration company. At present, the profit of H decoration company has declined, and the development of the enterprise has fallen into difficulties. The current business process has been unable to adapt to the needs of decoration enterprises in the transition period.Therefore, based on the theories of economics, management and strategic management, and combined with the practical work experience, this paper makes repeated thinking and argumentation on the operation status of enterprises.Through the research on the relationship between process reengineering and various elements of enterprise hard environment and the analysis of classic cases of successful process reengineering at home and abroad, this paper explains the relationship between process reengineering and enterprise strategy and organizational structure.For the problems existing in the implementation of BPR in decoration engineering enterprises of our country, on the basis of drawing lessons from the domestic and foreign practical experiences, the key influencing factors for the success of BPR are summarized and summarized.Furthermore, the importance of internal factors to business process reengineering (BPR) is put forward.Through analyzing the current business process of the enterprise, making fundamental thinking and research on the business process, reconstructing the business process of the enterprise, making the enterprise make remarkable improvement in cost, quality, service and speed, etc.It can adapt to the modern business environment which is characterized by customer customer competition competition and change.The complex business process reengineering is decomposed into clear and concrete steps, which makes the business process reengineering easy to understand, approve and implement.Reduce the mistakes in the implementation process to ensure that business process reengineering brings a real leap for enterprises. Then on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the status quo and existing problems of business process reengineering, the business process of H decoration company is reengineered.
