【摘要】：当前在国内有很多装饰企业,甚至有一些企业都己经上市,但是所有企业都没有系统性地采用信息化手段进行管理,有的只是局部使用了信息化软件,整个行业管理水平不高。在当代经济全球一体化的前提下,企业的竞争不单只是产品、服务的竞争,更是管理、效益的竞争。对于利用信息化手段来加强和提升企业管理,在制造业和零售业早已起步,也取得了有目共睹的成绩,但将其成功且大规模应用于建筑装饰行业还是一个新课题。 S装饰公司是一家排名前四的建筑装饰老牌企业,有着典型的建筑装饰行业的企业特点。同时也有着本行业在管理方面的典型问题以及想在信息化建设方面有突破的种种问题。本文以S装饰公司信息系统规划管理为研究背景,首先分析了建筑装饰行业的发展现状、特点及实施信息系统对企业发展的重要性,同时分析了行业的现状,行业对信息化的认识和使用现状,S装饰公司的信息化现状、存在的问题及实施信息系统的难点。通过分析明确了信息建设对S装饰公司发展战略意义。S装饰公司要想做强做大,成为这个行业的龙头企业,除了制定好切实可行的企业发展战略以外,还必须建设适合自己行业的信息系统,用信息化手段配合公司的战略实施,提高公司的管理水平,增强企业的竞争能力。论文通过分析研究,总结出一套适合建筑装饰企业实施信息系统规划和需求分析的方法论。本文以信息系统规划的有关理论知识,结合S装饰公司信息软件实施过程,研究和探讨了建筑装饰企业信息系统规划的方法。希望这一研究理论能为建筑装饰行业进行企业实施信息系统规划提供参考和指引。
[Abstract]:At present, there are many decoration enterprises in our country, even some enterprises have been listed, but all the enterprises have not systematically adopted the information means to manage, some only use the information software, the whole industry management level is not high.Under the premise of the globalization of modern economy, the competition of enterprises is not only the competition of products and services, but also the competition of management and benefit.To strengthen and improve enterprise management by means of information technology, it has already started in manufacturing and retail industry, and has made obvious achievements, but its success and large-scale application in architectural decoration industry is still a new topic.S Decoration Company is a top-four building decoration old-name enterprises, with typical architectural decoration industry characteristics.At the same time, there are typical problems in the management of the industry and a variety of problems that want to break through in the field of information construction.This article takes S decoration company information system planning management as the research background, first analyzes the construction decoration profession development present situation, the characteristic and the implementation information system to the enterprise development importance, at the same time has analyzed the profession present situation,The understanding and usage of Informatization in the Industry the problems and difficulties in the implementation of Information system in S decoration company.Through the analysis, the significance of information construction to the development strategy of S decoration company is clarified. If S decoration company wants to become a leading enterprise in this industry, in addition to formulating a feasible enterprise development strategy,It is also necessary to build an information system suitable for our industry, to cooperate with the company's strategy by means of information technology, to improve the management level of the company, and to enhance the competitive power of the enterprise.Through analysis and research, this paper summarizes a set of methodologies suitable for building decoration enterprises to implement information system planning and demand analysis.Based on the theoretical knowledge of information system planning and the implementation process of information software in S decoration company, this paper studies and discusses the methods of information system planning for architectural decoration enterprises.I hope this theory can provide reference and guidance for building decoration industry to implement information system planning.
