北京内蒙古宾馆装修改造工程施工成本控制研究

【摘要】：论文以产权方的视角,借鉴工程成本控制及管理学的相关理论,首先对北京内蒙古宾馆工程项目的成本构成及成本控制能力进行了分析,同时运用风险评价理论及帕累托分析法对该工程的成本控制项目进行了分析,确定了成本控制的重要控制项目和次要控制项目,并从程序管理角度梳理出成本控制的关键环节。论文针对理论分析结果,设计了切实可行的施工成本控制方案,并制定了相应的保障措施。论文在材料费的控制、工程量的控制、措施费的控制及工程变更管理等方面进行了研究,完成了施工成本控制的内容与方法设计,并对工程成本控制方案的实施的组织、技术、经济及合同保障措施进行了阐述,从而达到合理减少工程成本、合理降低建设工程造价的目的。希望对北京内蒙古宾馆装修改造工程项目的成本控制研究,能够为非专业的建设单位的工程成本管理提供一定的参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of engineering cost control and management, the paper analyzes the cost composition and cost control ability of the project in Beijing Inner Mongolia Hotel from the angle of property right.At the same time, using the theory of risk evaluation and Pareto analysis, the cost control project of the project is analyzed, the important control project and the secondary control project of cost control are determined, and the key links of cost control are sorted out from the point of view of program management.According to the results of theoretical analysis, a feasible construction cost control scheme is designed, and the corresponding safeguard measures are worked out.In this paper, the control of material cost, the control of engineering quantity, the control of measure cost and the management of engineering change are studied, the content and method design of construction cost control are completed, and the organization and technology of the implementation of project cost control scheme are also discussed.The economic and contract guarantee measures are expounded in order to reduce the project cost reasonably and to reduce the construction cost reasonably.It is hoped that the research on the cost control of the renovation project of Beijing Inner Mongolia Hotel can provide some reference and reference for the project cost management of the non-professional construction units.
