装饰布企业车间生产调度若干技术研究

【摘要】:随着我国加入WTO和市场竞争的加剧,纺织行业的传统优势已经不复存在。这促使装饰布企业采用信息化和先进的管理理念来应对日益广阔和复杂的市场环境。在企业信息化和管理现代化的进程中,存在着信息不兼容和行业适应性差的问题。本文以装饰布企业车间生产调度为研究和应用对象,以国际管控系统集成信息标准S95和先进的JIT管理模式为基础进行研究,取得了以下的研究成果和创新点: (1)采用S95标准来描述装饰布企业车间设备的属性、特性以及设备的生产能力,根据各生产单元的生产能力对车间设备组织方式进行优化。 (2)根据JIT模式的特点建立装饰布企业生产计划和调度模型。根据订单数量和交货期制订企业生产计划,用shapley值(n人合作计划)方法进行建模,根据各生产单元设备的生产能力将生产具体到每个生产单元每天的生产量。 (3)把JIT模式与TOC(Theory of Constrains,约束理论)理论相结合,找出瓶颈设备。结合装饰布企业生产特点,提出了基于设备优化的JIT改进生产模式,即“推拉”综合生产方式。通过车间生产调度中看板技术的应用,实现了工序间物流平衡化和生产均衡化,使整个设备单元在平稳的状态下进行生产。 通过本文的研究,实现了装饰布企业车间设备能力信息的统一描述,有利于设备组织优化信息的获取;实现了设备生产能力的平衡以及生产计划和调度的进一步细化;实现了JIT模式在装饰布企业的实际应用。
[Abstract]:With China's entry into WTO and the aggravation of market competition, the traditional advantage of textile industry has disappeared.This urges the decorative cloth enterprise to adopt the information technology and the advanced management idea to deal with the increasingly broad and complex market environment.In the process of enterprise information and management modernization, there are some problems such as incompatibility of information and poor adaptability of industry.In this paper, the workshop production scheduling of decorative cloth enterprises as the research and application object, the international management and control system integration information standard S95 and advanced JIT management model as the basis of the study, has obtained the following research results and innovations:S95 standard is used to describe the attributes, characteristics and production capacity of workshop equipment in decorative cloth enterprises, and the organization mode of workshop equipment is optimized according to the production capacity of each production unit.According to the characteristics of JIT model, the production planning and scheduling model of decorative cloth enterprises is established.According to the quantity of orders and the delivery date, the production plan of the enterprise is formulated, and the model is modeled by the method of shapley value / person cooperation plan. According to the production capacity of each production unit equipment, the production is specific to the daily production capacity of each production unit.3) combining the JIT model with the TOC(Theory of constraints theory to find the bottleneck equipment.According to the production characteristics of decorative cloth enterprises, the improved production mode of JIT based on equipment optimization is put forward, that is, "push-pull" comprehensive production mode.Through the application of Kanban technology in workshop production scheduling, the logistics balance and production equalization between processes are realized, and the whole equipment unit is produced in a stable state.Through the research of this paper, the unified description of the equipment capability information in the workshop of decorative cloth enterprises is realized, which is beneficial to the obtaining of the equipment organization optimization information, the balance of the equipment production capacity and the further refinement of the production planning and scheduling.The practical application of JIT mode in decorative fabric enterprises is realized.
