汽车仪表盘外壳模外装饰工艺仿真及其参数全局优化

【摘要】:以聚碳酸酯(PC)为薄膜材料,采用有限元方法对仪表盘外壳模外装饰(OMD)贴膜成型进行仿真,得到薄膜厚度的分布及其在x、y方向上的变形分布,在此基础之上,以三者的标准偏差同时最小来设计目标函数,采用试验设计的方法来建立近似模型,最后对贴膜工艺参数进行全局优化分析。结果表明,基于椭圆向基神经网络模型(EBF)模型采用自适应模拟退火算法(ASA)全局优化算法对OMD工艺参数进行优化分析所得到的结果无论在厚度分布还是变形精度上的效果都最好。
[Abstract]:Using polycarbonate (PC) as thin film material, finite element method (FEM) was used to simulate the forming of OMD-coated instrument panel shell. The film thickness distribution and its deformation distribution in XY direction were obtained. On the basis of the simulation, the film thickness distribution and the deformation distribution in XY direction were obtained.The objective function is designed with the minimum standard deviation, the approximate model is established by the method of experimental design, and the global optimization analysis of the process parameters is carried out.The results show that the global optimization algorithm based on the Elliptic basis Neural Network (EBF) model and the adaptive simulated annealing algorithm are used to optimize the process parameters of OMD. The results are the best in both thickness distribution and deformation accuracy.
