移动办公系统核心组件的设计与实现

【摘要】:移动互联网近年来蓬勃发展,人们的生活方式随之发生巨大变化,企业也因此逐渐由传统固定的办公室办公向不固定的随时随地办公转换。因此,移动办公也随之酝酿而出,它可以使员工自由安排工作时间、地点进行办公,提高企业整体办公效率,员工可以使用自身多样化终端办公,节约公司硬件成本,减少运营成本,增加整体效益。传统办公局限于一定的办公地点,整片办公时间及耗费大量人力物力财力,企业成本较高。如一次性成本,寻找办公地点的时间成本、装修费用、配套设施设备费用、家具及办公器材费用、网络宽带费用、通讯设施费用、搬迁费用及时间成本等。每月开支投入,如租金、物业管理费等较多费用。所以随着互联网+的兴起,传统办公模式也急需要改变,以节省办公成本,及提升办公效率。本项目在对华三BYOD研究的基础之上,结合自己在公司实习期间的学习和实践,以软件工程理论为指导,实现了移动办公能力。本项目主要采用服务层、逻辑层、数据库层三层架构实现,本论文的主要工作如下:1.本文通过深入研究移动办公特点及需求,对移动办公的核心组件进行分析,实现远程资源管理组件中服务器的增加、远程应用的发布等主要功能,基于RDP协议使用户能够在终端使用授权给自身的办公资源,如办公软件、远程桌面、存储目录等资源。能够使用户无论身在何处只要连接到公司服务器则可轻松快捷进行办公。2.在移动办公过程中为了使用户能够下载本地应用需求,本项目提供应用商店管理组件,服务器后台可以向终端推送本地应用,内容均是以将应用详细信息封装到XML文件中下发给客户端,客户端再去解析识别,如下发Android、iOS应用基本信息。服务器后台根据终端应用商店不同的请求方式推送应用,如根据应用分类下发应用,根据应用名称推送对应本地应用到终端应用商店。推送过程中服务器后台会将应用的所有基本信息,如名称、大小、图标、版本等信息全部下发下去供应用商店显示。3.移动办公时安全性要求较高,所以本项目设计实现了终端管理组件,提供对终端的远程管理,管理员可以远程对终端下发终端动作,如锁屏、解锁屏、恢复出厂设置、擦出企业数据等动作,确保在终端出现异常时保证实时对终端进行控制,保证企业信息安全防止泄露信息。4.最后本文根据需求设计实现了系统参数组件,管理员可以通过参数配置,设置终端注册要求,设置向应用商店推送的海报图片及终端向服务器后台发送的心跳时长等信息,提高系统安全及易用性。通过四大组件的组合使用,能够满足用户移动办公基本需求并使用户能够实现随时随地进行办公,管理员也能够远程的对设备进行管理,保证企业员工办公安全快捷进行。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of mobile Internet in recent years, people's way of life has changed greatly, and enterprises have gradually changed from the traditional fixed office to the non-fixed office at anytime and anywhere. Therefore, mobile office is also brewing, it can make employees freely arrange working hours and locations, improve the overall office efficiency of the enterprise, employees can use their own diversified terminals to work, saving the company's hardware costs, Reduce operating costs and increase overall benefits. The traditional office is limited to a certain office location, the whole office hours and a lot of manpower, material and financial resources are consumed, and the cost of the enterprise is high. Such as one-time cost, time cost of finding office location, decoration cost, supporting facilities and equipment cost, furniture and office equipment cost, network broadband cost, communication facility cost, relocation cost and time cost, etc. Monthly expenditure input, such as rent, property management fees and other more fees. So with the rise of the Internet, the traditional office mode also needs to be changed urgently to save office costs and improve office efficiency. This project is based on the research of Huasang BYOD, combined with the study and practice during the practice period of our company, and guided by the software engineering theory, the mobile office capability has been realized. This project mainly uses the service layer, the logic layer, the database layer three layer structure realization, this thesis main work is as follows: 1. In this paper, the characteristics and requirements of mobile office are deeply studied, and the core components of mobile office are analyzed. The main functions of remote resource management component, such as the increase of server and the release of remote application, are realized. Based on RDP protocol, users can use authorized office resources, such as office software, remote desktop, storage directory and so on. It can make it easy and fast for users to work anywhere as long as they connect to the company server. 2. In order to enable users to download local application requirements during mobile office, this project provides application store management components, the server backstage can push local applications to the terminal. The content is to encapsulate the application details in the XML file and send them to the client, the client will then parse the identification, as follows, send the basic information of the Android XML application. The server push the application according to the different request way of terminal application store, such as sending the application according to the application classification, pushing the corresponding local application to the terminal application store according to the application name. During push, the server will send all the basic information such as name, size, icon, version and so on to the application store for display. 3. The security requirement of mobile office is high, so this project designs and implements terminal management component, provides remote management of terminal, administrator can remotely send terminal action to terminal, such as locking screen, unlocking screen, resuming factory setting. Erases the enterprise data and other actions to ensure that the terminal can be controlled in real time when the terminal is abnormal, and to ensure the enterprise information security to prevent the leakage of information .4. Finally, the system parameter components are designed and implemented according to the requirements. The administrator can configure the parameters, set the terminal registration requirements, set the poster pictures pushed to the application store, and send information such as the heartbeat time the terminal sends to the server background. Improve system safety and ease of use. Through the combined use of the four components, it can meet the basic needs of mobile office users and enable users to work anywhere and anytime. The administrator can also manage the equipment remotely to ensure the safety and speed of the office of enterprise employees.
