建筑装饰企业大洋公司文化战略及其实施研究

【摘要】:建筑装饰行业经过三十多年的发展,市场规模越来越大,市场竞争变得异常激烈,已划分出五个不同规模、竞争能力各异的企业梯队。大洋公司作为一个新成立的建筑装饰企业,如何在竞争激烈的市场中生存和发展,是本文研究的目的。 本文以大洋建筑装饰公司为研究对象,利用战略管理理论、企业文化理论对大洋公司的文化战略进行了剖析。论文从大洋公司的宏观环境和产业环境入手,以大洋公司有形和无形的资源与能力为基础,通过VRIO框架分析,找出公司的核心竞争力。在用典型工具对大洋公司的优劣势进行分析后,论文确定了大洋公司的整体战略和文化战略,之后论文对大洋公司如何实施物质文化、行为文化、制度文化、精神文化等进行了阐述。 本文理论联系实际,通过科学的分析和论证为大洋公司实现跨越式发展制定了中长期发展战略,确定了“建立在企业家领导下的以人为本的团队文化”为大洋公司的文化战略。大洋公司的文化战略将引导公司在复杂多变的市场环境中,拼搏进取,实现公司可持续发展,跨越式发展。
[Abstract]:After more than 30 years of development, the market scale is getting larger and larger, and the market competition becomes very fierce, which has been divided into five enterprises with different scale and different competitive power. As a newly established architectural decoration enterprise, how to survive and develop in the competitive market is the purpose of this paper. This paper takes Ocean Architectural Decoration Company as the research object and analyzes its cultural strategy by using strategic management theory and corporate culture theory. This paper starts with the macro-environment and industrial environment of Oceanic Corporation, based on the visible and intangible resources and capabilities of Ocean Company, and through the analysis of VRIO framework, finds out the core competitiveness of the company. After analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of Comra with typical tools, the paper determines the overall strategy and cultural strategy of Comra, and then discusses how to implement material culture, behavioral culture and institutional culture. The spirit culture and so on have carried on the elaboration. This paper combines theory with practice, through scientific analysis and argumentation to establish a medium and long term development strategy for realizing leap-forward development of oceanic company, and determines that "establishing a people-oriented team culture under the leadership of entrepreneurs" is the cultural strategy of Ocean Company. The cultural strategy of the company will guide the company to strive for progress in the complex and changeable market environment, and to realize the sustainable development and leapfrog development of the company.
