【摘要】：大提花装饰布采用CAD系统来设计花形,在大批量生产前要进行织物风格的小样试验,以确保用户满意。生产中浆纱工序要确保质量,卷绕张力略偏大掌握,重点是增加耐磨性;织造工序布边组织要慎选,采用托布板来减小织口跳动,采用专用软件进行浮长的编辑工作,并改进了接经方法,加强了接经技术培训,减少了断经,使织造效率达到90%。
[Abstract]:The CAD system is used to design the flower shape. Before the mass production, the fabric style test should be carried out to ensure the satisfaction of the users. The production in the pulp yarn should ensure the quality, the winding tension is slightly mastered, the emphasis is to increase the wear resistance; the fabric edge organization of the weaving process should be carefully selected and the cloth plate is used to reduce the beating of the fabric. Software is used to carry out floats long editing work, and improves the connection method, strengthens the training of receiving technology, reduces the broken warp, and makes weaving efficiency reach 90%.
