住宅全装修设计中的若干问题探讨

【摘要】： 本文主要针对目前中国市场上的全装修住宅的现状,提出广州住宅全装修过程中存在的问题以及对这些问题解决方式的探讨,并通过这些探讨来说明全装修在我国市场上的发展前景。第一章本文的着眼点主要是从房地产开发的角度来对设计问题进行了全方位的剖析。它不仅符合了百姓的消费心理、住宅产业化的要求,还因质量优势,资源充足和经济环保这些特点在国内得到了迅猛的发展,并且在推行的过程中不断的完善。第二、三、四、五、六章指出在全装修的推进过程中出现了很多问题。最突出的表现就是定位问题、设计问题、标准问题和成本问题。本文通过对影响住宅全装修的厨房空间、卫浴空间和空调安装这三个关键部分进行深入研究,结合大量的实例对问题进行分类,从体现人性化,关注可实施性等方面进行论述,并找到相应的解决办法。最后一章,本文对全装修住宅的发展和改进进行了探讨。提出交楼标准验收、户型和部品标准化及住宅工厂化发展等措施,为全装修住宅提供科学化发展的思路。
[Abstract]:According to the current situation of fully renovated housing in Chinese market, this paper puts forward the problems existing in the process of full decoration of housing in Guangzhou, and discusses the solutions to these problems. And through these discussions to illustrate the overall decoration in our market development prospects. The first chapter focuses on the analysis of the design problem from the angle of real estate development. It not only accords with the people's consumption psychology, housing industrialization requirements, but also because of the quality advantages, sufficient resources and economic and environmental protection in the characteristics of rapid development in China, and in the implementation of the process of continuous improvement. The second, third, fourth, fifth, and sixth chapters point out that there are many problems in the process of full decoration. Most prominent are positioning problems, design issues, standards issues, and cost issues. In this paper, the three key parts of kitchen space, bathroom space and air conditioning installation, which affect the complete decoration of residential buildings, are studied in depth, and the problems are classified with a large number of examples, which are discussed from the aspects of humanization and practicability. And find a corresponding solution. In the last chapter, this paper discusses the development and improvement of the fully decorated residence. The paper puts forward some measures, such as standard acceptance, standardization of household type and parts, and industrial development of residential buildings, which provide scientific development ideas for fully decorated houses.
