【摘要】:随着当今激烈的市场竞争和顾客对产品质量需求的不断提高,要求企业要不断创新、不断改进产品质量,以满足不同层次顾客的需求。因为,低质量会给企业带来负的外部效应,它会降低公司在市场中的竞争力,减少企业利润,降低企业的知名度。同过去相比,价格不再是取得更多市场份额的首要因素,取而代之的是产品质量。多数顾客更多地注重产品的质量和服务,甚至愿意以高价格换取高质量产品,产品质量已经成为企业占有更多市场份额的关键因素。因此,加强质量管理成为现代公司企业快速发展和企业获取更多的利润的必然要求,是市场竞争的必然结果。 本文主要以质量管理理论体系为依据,围绕西安秦明装饰工程公司战略发展目标,针对秦明公司质量管理现状、组织结构、制度环境、生产管理以及激励机制四个方面存在的问题及其原因进行了分析。在此基础上,分别从规划思路、原则等方面说明秦明公司质量管理总体规划方案;从质量计划、质量控制、质量改进三个方面,建立质量管理体系。最后,提出建立质量管理体系的保障机制、强化组织执行力以及建立质量全方位管理的心理共识三个方面来保障质量管理体系的实施。 通过对秦明公司质量管理的改进,进一步提高西安秦明装饰工程公司质量管理水平,改善产品设计,提高产品质量,加速生产流程,提高市场的接受程度,降低生产质量成本,以期能为其它建筑门窗加工企业的质量管理改进提供一定的参考。
[Abstract]:With the fierce market competition and the continuous improvement of customers' demand for product quality, enterprises are required to innovate and improve the product quality to meet the needs of different levels of customers. Because the low quality will bring negative external effect to the enterprise, it will reduce the competitiveness of the company in the market, reduce the profit of the enterprise, reduce the reputation of the enterprise. Price is no longer the primary factor in gaining more market share than in the past, but quality. Most customers pay more attention to the quality and service of products, and are even willing to exchange high prices for high-quality products. Product quality has become the key factor for enterprises to occupy more market share. Therefore, strengthening quality management has become the inevitable requirement for the rapid development of modern companies and more profits, and is the inevitable result of market competition. Based on the theoretical system of quality management, this paper focuses on the strategic development objectives of Xi'an Qin Ming Decoration Engineering Company, and aims at the current situation, organizational structure, system environment of the quality management of Qin Ming Company. The problems and their causes in four aspects of production management and incentive mechanism are analyzed. On this basis, the general plan of quality management of Qin Ming Company is explained from the aspects of planning ideas and principles, and the quality management system is established from three aspects: quality planning, quality control and quality improvement. Finally, this paper puts forward three aspects to guarantee the implementation of quality management system, such as establishing the guarantee mechanism of quality management system, strengthening the execution of organization and establishing the psychological consensus of all-around quality management. By improving the quality management of Qin Ming Company, we can further improve the quality management level, improve the product design, improve the product quality, speed up the production process, increase the acceptance of the market, and reduce the cost of production quality in Xi'an Qin Ming Decoration Engineering Company. In order to provide some reference for the quality management improvement of other building door and window processing enterprises.
