H建筑工程公司创业期战略定位研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济的不断发展,以及城镇化进程的需要,建筑业在我国国民经济中的分量越来越重;加入WTO以后,我国建筑行业所面临的市场发生了巨大的变化,特别是入世后政策的放开,以及来自更加专业化的国际建筑承包商的竞争,都对我国的建筑工程企业产生了新的要求,做大经营体量以外,更重要的让企业可以适应竞争,并且成为可以在竞争中形成竞争力,最终崭露头角。在过去的市场中,我国的建筑工程企业积累了经验,入世之后,也暴露出了企业机制与市场环境不相匹配的一系列问题。企业如何在竞争市场中生存下来,找到自己的核心价值,创造口碑,保证企业利润,最终能够在市场上占有一席之位都考验着决策者的战略眼光。企业实施战略管理的第一步是进行战略定位,定位的成功与否直接决定企业后期的发展方向。 H建筑工程公司成立于2011年4月,目前尚处于创业期,是一家具有房屋建筑工程施工总承包贰级、地基与基础工程专业承包贰级、土石方工程专业承包贰级、建筑装修装饰工程专业承包贰级、钢结构工程专业承包叁级等多项资质的施工企业。本文利用PEST分析方法、SWOT分析等战略分析方法,按照战略分析——战略选择——战略实施以及战略绩效测评的基本思路,对H建筑工程公司创业期战略定位问题进行了较全面的深入分析。全文主要分为几大部分:第一部分是对建筑施工企业战略选择相关理论的研究,第二部分对H建筑工程公司企业内部的调查分析以及PEST环境分析和SWOT分析。第三部分首先分析国内大部分建筑施工企业的战略定位;其次提出H建筑工程公司战略定位的选择。第五部分将为H建筑工程公司基于战略定位进行战略发展规划,包括战略发展目标、战略重点、战略阶段划分、战略实现步骤、主要措施等。最后,对前几部分的内容进行提炼总结,得出基本结论,说明研究的不足,以期实现对H建筑工程公司发展的帮助。
[Abstract]:With the development of our economy and the need of urbanization, the construction industry is becoming more and more important in our national economy. After China's entry into WTO, the market of our construction industry has undergone tremendous changes. In particular, the liberalization of policies after China's accession to the WTO and the competition from more specialized international construction contractors have created new requirements for construction engineering enterprises in China. In addition to increasing the volume of management, it is more important for enterprises to adapt to the competition. And become able to become competitive in the competition, the final emergence. In the past market, the construction engineering enterprises of our country accumulated the experience, after entering WTO, also exposed a series of problems that the enterprise mechanism and the market environment do not match. How enterprises survive in the competitive market, find their own core value, create word of mouth, ensure the profits of enterprises, and finally occupy a position in the market are testing the strategic vision of decision makers. The first step of implementing strategic management is to carry out strategic orientation, and the success of the positioning directly determines the development direction of the enterprise in the later stage. H Construction Engineering Company was founded in April 2011, and is still in the start-up period. It is a general contractor for housing construction projects, grade two for foundation and foundation engineering, and grade two for earthwork and rock engineering. Construction enterprises with qualification of grade 2 construction decoration engineering professional contracting, steel structure engineering professional contracting level 3, etc. This paper uses the PEST analysis method and other strategic analysis methods, according to the basic ideas of strategic analysis-strategic choice, strategic implementation and strategic performance evaluation. This paper makes a thorough analysis on the strategic orientation of H construction engineering company during its start-up period. The thesis is divided into several parts: the first part is the research on the theory of strategic choice of the construction enterprise, the second part is the investigation and analysis of the internal enterprise of H construction engineering company, as well as the analysis of PEST environment and SWOT. The third part first analyzes the strategic positioning of most construction enterprises in China, and then puts forward the choice of strategic positioning of H construction engineering company. The fifth part will carry on the strategic development plan for the H construction engineering company based on the strategic orientation, including the strategic development goal, the strategic key point, the strategic stage division, the strategic realization step, the main measure and so on. Finally, the contents of the previous parts are abstracted and summarized, the basic conclusions are drawn, and the deficiencies of the research are explained, in order to realize the help to the development of H Construction Engineering Company.
