室内装修工人健康状况调查

【摘要】：目的了解室内装修产生的多种有害物质对装修工人健康状况的影响。方法2007年7—10月采用单纯随机抽样方法抽取泸州市市区室内装修工人200例,同时抽取从事室外作业的工人200例作为对照,用自制调查问卷调查其一般情况、工作条件、生活条件、个体防护以及全身各系统疾病患病情况,并比较两组之间的差异。结果调查对象对装修材料的危害认识及职业病的认知不够,工作条件较差,个体防护措施欠缺。室内装修工人皮肤红肿(13%)、皮肤干燥(10%)、头痛(8.0%)、头晕(9.5%)、咳嗽(15.5%)、气喘(8.5%)、胸部紧迫感(7.5%)、恶心(8%)、呕吐(5%)、眼部异物感(30.0%)、眼部疼痛(15.0%)、怕光流泪(15.0%)、嗅觉异常(15.0%)、鼻咽部不适(12.5%)、咽痛(10.5%)的发生率明显高于对照组(P0.05)。结论室内装修材料产生的有害物质对室内装修工人健康已造成潜在威胁,应加强其职业健康防护。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of various harmful substances produced by interior decoration on the health status of decoration workers. Methods from July to October, 2007, 200 indoor decoration workers and 200 outdoor workers in Luzhou city were selected by random sampling method, and the general situation and working conditions were investigated by self-made questionnaire survey. Living conditions, individual protection and systemic diseases were compared between the two groups. Results the survey subjects did not know enough about the harm of decoration materials and occupational diseases, the working conditions were poor, and the personal protection measures were lacking. Interior decorator's skin is red and swollen with 13, dry skin 10, headache is 8.0, dizziness is 9.5, cough is 15.5am, asthma is 8.5, chest urgency is 7.5am, nausea is 8%, vomit is 5, eye foreign body sensation is 30.00, eye pain is 15.0, fear of light and tears is 15.0, smell abnormality is 15.0, uncomfortable part is 12.5T, pharynx is 10.5o) The incidence of P0. 05 in the control group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Conclusion the harmful substances produced by interior decoration materials have posed a potential threat to the health of interior decoration workers, and their occupational health protection should be strengthened.
