常用可燃装潢材料热解规律的研究

【摘要】: 热解是可燃装潢材料火灾行为最初始的阶段,是可燃装潢材料着火以及维持随后的火蔓延的必要条件。可燃装潢材料热解对其着火过程的发生与蔓延起到关键作用。对可燃装潢材料热解规律及机理的深入研究,是预防火灾的关键。本课题旨在研究常用可燃装潢材料的热解规律。选取松木、杉木、三合板、实木地板、复合地板为实验原料,采用TG-DSC联用技术,在不同升温速率(5℃/min、10℃/min、15℃/min)下对五种样品进行热重实验。由TG、DTG、DSC曲线的分析表明:可燃装潢材料的热解过程可以分为三个明显的反应阶段,分别为水分蒸发阶段、半纤维素和纤维素热解阶段以及木质素热解阶段。升温速率对每个样品的各个反应阶段开始热解的温度以及热解的温度范围影响较明显,随着升温速率的增大,反应推向高温区进行。通过建立可燃装潢材料的热解动力学模型,利用Coast-Redfern法和Achar法,对可燃装潢材料的反应机理函数进行推导,并求解其热解动力学参数:热解活化能E和指前因子A。
[Abstract]:Pyrolysis is the initial stage of fire behavior of combustible decorating materials, which is a necessary condition for flammable decorating materials to catch fire and maintain the subsequent fire spread. Pyrolysis of combustible decorating materials plays a key role in the occurrence and spread of ignition process. The study of pyrolysis law and mechanism of combustible decorating materials is the key to prevent fire. The purpose of this paper is to study the pyrolysis law of combustible decorating materials.
