自装饰复合硅酸盐外墙保温板的研制

【摘要】:根据自装饰复合硅酸盐外墙保温板的结构与设计原理,研究了复合保温板的物理性能和保温性能,试验结果表明,对同一外墙主体进行外保温时,在不增加外墙总厚度的基础上,保温板的平均传热系数比胶粉聚苯颗粒外墙外保温体系减小25%以上,该复合保温板的表观密度、压缩强度和不透水性均达到或超过JG158—2004《胶粉聚苯颗粒外墙外保温系统》中对相关指标的要求。该复合保温板简化了施工工艺。
[Abstract]:According to the structure and design principle of self-decorating composite silicate exterior wall thermal insulation board, the physical properties and thermal insulation performance of composite thermal insulation board are studied. The experimental results show that the external insulation of the same external wall body is carried out. On the basis of no increase in the total thickness of the external wall, the average heat transfer coefficient of the thermal insulation board is more than 25% less than that of the external wall insulation system with polystyrene particles, and the apparent density of the composite insulation board is obtained. The compressive strength and impermeability reached or exceeded the requirements of JG158-2004 for the external insulation system of polystyrene particles. The composite insulation board simplifies the construction technology.
