船舶装饰CAD系统资源库研究与应用

【摘要】: 目前,船舶装饰设计过程中需要涉及到大量数据信息的提取、维护,针对这一情况,提出了用工程数据库管理设计过程中的数据信息的方案,即构建船舶装饰CAD系统资源库,该方案将企业标准化的基础信息资料和产品结构细节有效地融入设计过程,可以准确、方便、科学地管理在船舶装饰设计过程中的各种基础数据,对船舶装饰设计效率的提高以及标准化的建设均有极其重要的意义。 首先,本文简要回顾了工程数据库的发展历程,分析了当前船舶装饰的设计流程以及CAD系统在船舶装饰设计中的应用现状,指出目前的船舶装饰设计所存在的问题,明确了在船舶装饰设计过程中采用工程数据库进行数据管理的重要性。 其次,分析了船舶装饰设计数据的特点,根据目前船舶装饰设计的需求,并结合设计单位应用中的实际情况,给出了船舶装饰CAD资源库的总体框架以及功能实现方法。 然后,详细阐述资源库子系统防火门库、节点库的设计与构建方案,探讨了防火门的布置技术,节点的安装技术,分析了其相应的实现机制,给出了具体的实现方案。 最后,从实践的角度出发,结合设计单位的实际情况,指出系统仍然存在的问题及其相应的解决方案,并提出了对未来工作的展望。
[Abstract]:At present, it is necessary to extract and maintain a large amount of data information in the process of ship decoration design. In view of this situation, a scheme of managing the data information in the process of design by using engineering database is put forward, that is, the resource database of CAD system for ship decoration is constructed. This scheme effectively integrates the basic information and product structure details of enterprise standardization into the design process, which can accurately, conveniently and scientifically manage all kinds of basic data in the process of ship decoration design. It is of great significance to improve the efficiency of ship decoration design and the construction of standardization. First of all, this paper briefly reviews the development of engineering database, analyzes the current design process of ship decoration and the application status of CAD system in ship decoration design, and points out the problems existing in the current ship decoration design. The importance of using engineering database to manage the data in the process of ship decoration design is made clear. Secondly, the characteristics of ship decoration design data are analyzed. According to the demand of ship decoration design at present, combined with the actual situation in the application of the design unit, the overall framework and function realization method of ship decoration CAD resource database are given. Then, the design and construction scheme of the fire-proof door library and node library of the resource base subsystem are described in detail. The layout technology of the fire-proof door and the installation technology of the node are discussed, the corresponding realization mechanism is analyzed, and the concrete realization scheme is given. Finally, from the point of view of practice, combined with the actual situation of the design unit, the paper points out the problems still existing in the system and the corresponding solutions, and puts forward the prospect of the future work.
