“重庆大融城”大型室内装饰工程项目质量管理研究

【摘要】:近年来,装饰行业正以迅猛的势头发展,市场前景非常广阔。装饰装修美化人们的生活环境,丰富人民的生活。同时,装饰所产生的质量问题也逐步的引起了社会各界的关注。由于国内装修公司中以小企业居多,行业离散度过高,存在恶性竞争的局面,较低的市场准入门槛使大批无资质的企业和个人承揽业务,争相采用打折或送礼等手段激烈竞争,低价揽客,,导致市场的无序竞争,同时也使消费者的合法权益难以得到保障。 一项优质工程不仅是对建筑工程事业自身的肯定,也是一座城市及一个国家建筑工程行业发展水平的直接体现;相反,假如工程质量不过关,则必将损害人民群众的生命财产安全,更为甚者,将可能给城市和国家带来巨大的人员及财产损失。因此,大力提高工程质量业已成为地产开发商、建筑承包商以及装饰装修公司生存壮大的首要条件。装饰行业的从业者也必须将室内装饰装修工程的质量问题置于重中之重的位置,并采取各项措施努力提高自己的管理标准和技术水平。 本文以重庆正宇装饰工程有限公司承建的大融城工程项目作为研究背景。首先通过对阅读文献的提炼概括,了解了项目管理的研究现状、质量管理的研究现状、工程项目质量管理的研究现状,并介绍了质量管理的基本原理和研究工具;接着对大融城室内装饰工程项目建设背景、项目质量管理现状及特点进行介绍,并运用因素分析法得出了影响大融城室内装饰工程项目质量管理的若干关键因素;然后基于大融城项目,建立项目质量目标和管理计划,对大融城项目进行质量风险分析,结合三阶段和三全质量管理理论,在各阶段中执行PDCA循环原理,重点针对大融城室内装饰工程项目质量管理的各个关键因素提出对应的质量管理保障措施,最后归纳总结研究结论,提出本研究中的不足及进一步研究。通过在“大融城”工程中的成功实施,证明了本文理论研究的科学性和可行性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, decoration industry is developing rapidly, the market prospect is very broad. Decorate beautify people's living environment, enrich people's life. At the same time, the quality of decoration has gradually attracted the attention of all walks of life. As the majority of domestic decoration companies are small enterprises, the industry is highly dispersed, and there is vicious competition, the lower market access threshold makes a large number of unqualified enterprises and individuals contract for business and compete fiercely for discount or gift giving and other means. Low price leads to disorderly competition in the market and makes it difficult to protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers. A high-quality project is not only an affirmation of the construction industry itself, but also a direct embodiment of the level of development of the construction engineering industry in a city and a country; on the contrary, if the quality of the project is not up to standard, It will damage the safety of people's life and property, even more, it may bring huge loss of people and property to the city and the country. Therefore, to improve the quality of the project has become a real estate developers, construction contractors and decoration companies to survive the first condition. The practitioners of decoration industry must also put the quality problem of interior decoration and decoration engineering at the top of the list and take various measures to improve their management standards and technical level. This paper takes Chongqing Zhengyu Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd as the research background. First of all, through the summary of the reading literature, we understand the research status of project management, the research status of quality management, the research status of engineering project quality management, and introduce the basic principles and research tools of quality management. Secondly, it introduces the background of the interior decoration project, the present situation and characteristics of the project quality management, and obtains some key factors that affect the quality management of the interior decoration project by using the factor analysis method. Then, based on the project, the project quality goal and management plan are established, and the quality risk analysis of the project is carried out. The PDCA cycle principle is implemented in each stage, combining with the theory of three-stage and three-stage quality management. Aiming at the key factors of quality management in Darong City interior decoration project, the corresponding quality management guarantee measures are put forward. Finally, the conclusion of the research is summarized, and the deficiency and further research in this study are put forward. Through the successful implementation of the project of "Darong City", it is proved that the theoretical research of this paper is scientific and feasible.
