赣南装饰纹样在特色餐饮空间设计中的运用研究

【摘要】：随着社会的发展，现在的餐饮消费者已经从过去单一的物质需求，，转变为对环境的文化内涵、意韵氛围、艺术品位等精神功能的需求。为了特色餐饮空间设计中丰富装饰设计语言,更好地满足人们对餐饮空间装饰文化内涵的需要。本文将分析赣南装饰纹样的寓义的表达方式、分类、构成形式、视觉艺术特征，并结合赣南特色餐饮行业的现状、特色餐饮空间现状和存在的问题进行了分析研究，探讨赣南装饰纹样在特色餐饮空间的价值以及运用方法。通过对赣南纹样的分析研究，发现赣南装饰纹样形式多样、造型精美、内涵丰富具有很强的艺术性和装饰性，期望充分吸收、借鉴赣南装饰纹样的精华，达到丰富赣南文化韵味的特色餐饮空间设计思路和设计手段，营造出具有特色和文化内涵的餐饮空间。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, the food and beverage consumers have changed from the single material demand to the spiritual function demand of the environment, such as cultural connotation, rhyme atmosphere, artistic grade and so on. In order to enrich the decorative design language in the special dining space design, it can better meet the needs of the cultural connotation of dining space decoration. This article will analyze the expression mode, classification, constitution form, visual art characteristic of adornment pattern of Gannan, and combine the present situation of characteristic catering industry, the present situation of characteristic dining space and existing problem of Gannan to carry on the analysis and research. This paper discusses the value and application of decorative patterns in characteristic dining space in Gannan. Through the analysis and study of the patterns in Gannan, it is found that the decorative patterns in Gannan are various in form, exquisite in shape, rich in connotations, and highly artistic and decorative, and are expected to be fully absorbed and the essence of the decorative patterns in Gannan be used for reference. To achieve rich cultural flavor of Gannan unique food space design ideas and design means to create a unique and cultural connotation of the dining space.
