面向消费者感知意象的童车造型研究

【摘要】:在我国,儿童的人口总数约占全国人口总数的30%。童车产品是玩具产业和婴童产业中一个最重要的组成部分。中国乃至全球童车产业正在迎接一个空前的消费时代,童车市场惊人的消费能力和潜藏的商机,已经引起了业内人士的高度关注。然而良好的市场前景并不意味着产品的高价位,知名童车品牌为抢占市场商机,压低成本、牺牲部分产品利润来获取更多销售机会,中小企业只能夹缝求生,企业之间的竞争并非一种良好、有序的健康竞争。童车产业若想长久、良好的持续发展,必须真正拥有独具特色的童车产品并且与不断推陈出新,才可实现整个童车行业的兴隆。本文根据市场上现有的儿童滑行车的造型样式,总结了童车造型的现有状况,归纳出基础造型要素6种和装饰造型要素4种,区分主要造型特征和次要造型特征,最终得到前脸轮廓线、侧面轮廓线、座椅、方向操控手柄、靠背和卡通元素6个主要造型特征项目。对现有儿童滑行车进行形态分析并分为8类车型。将儿童滑行车主要特征归纳出重要特征线共6类28种造型类目,结合感性工学的一般研究方法,萃取出符合消费者感性需求的意象词汇对“安全的——不安全的”、“可爱的——冷漠的”、“华丽的——简朴的”、“活泼的——稳重的”、“舒适的——不舒适的”,综合应用语义差异法制成消费者感知意象调查问卷,针对不同年龄、不同背景的消费者进行调研和感性评分,用SPSS软件数据统计法,量化出童车造型特征与消费者感知感受之间的映射关系,针对每种造型语言上的造型类目得分提出符合童车设计研发的合理建议;建立儿童滑行车感性评价系统。本文通过建立童车重要造型特征与消费者感知感受之间映射关系,为设计者设计研发符合消费者情感诉求的儿童滑行车造型提供有效依据,也对儿童滑行车的消费满意度提供评价系统,期望为童车企业的实际发展起到作用。
[Abstract]:In China, the population of children accounts for about 30 percent of the country's total population. Baby cart products are one of the most important parts of toy industry and baby industry. China and even the whole world are facing an unprecedented consumption era. The tremendous consumption power and potential business opportunities in the child car market have aroused the high attention of the industry. However, a good market outlook does not mean a high price of products. In order to seize market opportunities, reduce costs, and sacrifice some of the product profits to gain more sales opportunities, the well-known children's car brands can only survive. Competition between enterprises is not a good, orderly healthy competition. If the industry wants a long time and good sustainable development, it must have its own unique products and bring forth the new constantly, so as to realize the prosperity of the whole industry. In this paper, according to the existing modeling styles of children skidding cars on the market, this paper summarizes the present situation of the children's car modeling, and concludes 6 kinds of basic modeling elements and 4 kinds of decorative modeling elements, and distinguishes between the main modeling features and the secondary modeling features. Finally, six main modeling features such as front face profile, side profile, seat, direction control handle, backrest and cartoon elements are obtained. The present children skidding vehicles were analyzed and divided into 8 types. In this paper, the main features of children skidding are summed up into 6 categories and 28 kinds of modeling categories. Combined with the general research methods of perceptual engineering, the image words that meet the needs of consumers' perceptual needs are extracted to "safe-unsafe". "lovely-indifferent", "gorgeous-simple", "lively-stable", "comfortable-uncomfortable", comprehensive application of semantic difference law into consumer perception image questionnaire, for different ages, By using SPSS software data statistics method, the mapping relationship between child car modeling features and consumer perception and feelings is quantified. According to the score of modeling category in each modeling language, the reasonable suggestion of child vehicle design and development is put forward, and the perceptual evaluation system of children skid driving is established. By establishing the mapping relationship between important modeling features and consumer perception, this paper provides an effective basis for designers to design and develop the children's skidding modeling, which conforms to consumers' emotional demands. It also provides an evaluation system for the consumption satisfaction of children skidding, which is expected to play a role in the actual development of child car enterprises.
