装饰罩对散热器传热性能影响数值模拟及实验研究

【摘要】: 散热器加装装饰罩是一种比较典型的作法,而加装装饰罩对散热器散热量的影响很大,装饰罩结构形式及尺寸是影响散热器散热量和室内空气流动分布的关键因素。本文以四柱散热器的外罩为研究对象,通过实验测试及数值模拟研究不同罩体形式对散热器散热量的影响。 本文主要工作如下: 本文对散热器传热过程、传热模型及装饰罩对散热器传热性能的影响进行了理论分析,确定了安装装饰罩下散热器传热物理及数学模型。应用FLUENT软件对散热器在明装及安装四种常见装饰罩下供暖房间的温度场和速度场进行了数值模拟,计算出散热器的散热量。计算结果表明:模拟计算的四种装饰罩中,百叶窗式装饰罩Ⅱ对散热器散热量的影响最小,隔栅型装饰罩对散热器散热量的影响最大,两种情况下散热器散热量相差近15%。 实验测试了四种装饰罩对散热器散热量的影响。设计了四种常见的装饰罩,利用散热器热工性能实验台,实验测试了不同装饰罩下散热器散热量。利用实验数据拟合得到了明装及安装四种常见装饰罩下散热器散热量的计算公式,并绘制出散热器散热性能曲线。实验结果表明:测试工况下,百叶窗装饰罩Ⅱ下散热器性能曲线偏离明装性能曲线程度最小,对散热量的影响也最小,而隔栅型装饰罩对散热量的影响最大,直接验证了数值模拟结果的准确性。 分析了装饰罩结构形式及参数对散热器散热量的影响。百叶窗式装饰罩叶片与竖直方向倾斜角度为45°时,对散热器散热量的影响最小。重点分析了罩体上部开孔率对散热器散热量的影响,分析表明罩体上部开孔率应保持在75%左右更有利于散热器散热。探讨了在散热器供暖房间散热器装饰罩设计制作中有待改进的方面,为室内供暖设计提供了一定的参考。
[Abstract]:It is a typical method to add decorative cover to radiator, and it has a great influence on heat dissipation of radiator. The structure and size of decorative cover are the key factors to influence the heat dissipation and indoor air flow distribution of radiator. In this paper, the influence of different cover forms on the heat dissipation of a four-column radiator is studied by means of experimental test and numerical simulation, taking the outer cover of the four-column radiator as the research object. The main work of this paper is as follows: in this paper, the heat transfer process, heat transfer model and the effect of the decorative cover on the heat transfer performance of the radiator are theoretically analyzed, and the physical and mathematical models of heat transfer under the installation of the decorative cover are determined. The temperature field and velocity field of the radiator heating room under four kinds of common decorative covers are simulated by fluent software, and the heat dissipation of the radiator is calculated.
